Its probably not a Microtubule Organizing Center, since none of the red converges on it at all, and they are fairly solid dots, not diffuse. It might be a Centrosome but again, none of the red converges on it, and its kinda randomly placed in the red. It cant be an Aggresome, since its often not next to the nucleus, and is not diffuse.
