Is there any cumulative PVP guild for Eve? I want to find a single point resource that I can go to explain varying tactics and countertactics for different types of fights. Specifically what I want to learn is about BC PVP combat. What types of setups go with what kind of tactics. How do I counter lock-down frigs, how do I handle Nano BC's. Should I use Different ammo spreads or focus on one type of ammo? Should I use orbit or approach, or keep at xx range? How do I spec for shield tanking?
Is there anything like this anyone knows about?

Such a guide does not, and cannot exist for EVE. PvP is learnt through experience, both yours and those flying with you. Join a decent corp with active and experienced PvPers, and go from there. Or you could go out solo pirating. In terms of set-ups, you should use these boards as a base for them and using your own experiences of flying the ships decide what you like and what you should change. Its the only way to learn in EVE really.

Any tips on where I can find said experienced PVP corp? I'd love to go that route, I just couldn't imagine a "good" PVP corp taking on a pvp noob like me.. even though I'm a fast learning and really want to fight alongside the best.

actually, that's what we do in Einherjar Rising -- train up new players to pvp for great justice. drop myself or Furyman an evemail.
it's kind of sad how much new players underestimate their utility simply in flying a t1 frigate though, and we generally discourage people from flying a ship greater than their SP dictates.

If you're good enough wreck might take you, check out our recruitment thread on the recruit forums. Otherwise there are plenty of 'noob pvp' corps like goons and others.
