Some months ago, God sent one of our forum members a dream. Captured by Blood Raider goblins with the appearance of Achurans, she was made to paint using a paintbrush attached with a tube to her wrist, and the blood that came out of her wrist was not red but black. Although she failed to interpret the dream properly, failing to see that the blackness of her bloodGÇöof her soulGÇöneeded be cured by turning to the Red God, let it not be said that God's message to her and to this forum returned void, for in blood paintbrushes God has given his Chosen yet one more means of glorifying him in the destruction of the Wicked.
Having been put to work developing a working blood paintbrush, my Science Graduates soon produced results, and so I selected out from my slave colony those filthy Minmatar subhumans having both sound indoctrination in the Faith and some artistic training. In one hand, they held a blood paintbrush, in the other, standard brushes with black and yellow paint; their orders, "Paint your Death", for the blood paintbrush has no off button. Once turned on, it draws blood until the slaves passes out and dies, horribly.
Let those who deny the hellfire take note of these blood paintings, these blood-loss induced visions of death.
First, the masterpiece: Sinners Burning in the Lake of Fire. See the arms of the filthy Minmatar subhumans burning in the Pit, reaching skyward in a desperate attempt for relief from the pain. Above, the eye of God cases eternal Judgement upon the condemned; from his eye eminates symbols, Words from the Scriptures, that Law so hateful a sound to the Wicked. It is that Eternal Word that fuels the eternal fires of the Pit in which the slave-artist sees himself burnGÇöforever.
Next: Sefrim Dripping Blood. The Judgement having been passed, the verdict guilty, this sefrim, his wings dripping in the blood of the Wicked approaches the slave-artist to deliver God's holy vengeance.
Third: Judgment Seat of the Red God. The slave-artist approaches the dread seat of the Red God, a God surrounded by a holy aura. He knows already the verdictGÇöguilty. (This painting contains production artifactsGÇöblack streaks caused by the slave flinching from the motivating application of the electric lash.)
These and other blood paintings hang in the corridors of my Bhaalgorn-class flagship and are available for private tours. Even so, may the Blood Age come quickly. Amen. Amarr Victor. |

I was told it would be necessary to look elsewhere to learn more of the dream in question, and here we are. I am particularly taken with Sinners Burning in the Lake of Fire. |

I would have thought that blood would oxidise pretty rapidly, making the colours fade from red to brown. I assume there's some kind of preservative in the paint that would prevent such.

I mean, what is the resolution of these paintings?... Oh well, they aren't digital, right? Well, anyway, I guess there' s a sort of 'resolution' for analogue paintings as well. Or how is it measured? I don't know... amount of strokes?
Have you ever seen Caldari paintings? Well, there aren't a lot since we don't really like to waste money on art, but if you find some, you will see incredible resolution and details. For a huge painting that will take whole wall and can be seen from a distance, you can approach with a magnifier and uncover more detail in every part of it. Nobody would buy it if it doesn't have QUALITY.
And what you have presented, this isn't art, this isn't a masterpiece, this is a waste of a sheet. Any kid can draw better, I swear. There is no precision, there is no definition, no composition, no QUALITY, just a couple of weird lines forming primitive figures and shapes.
I wouldn't give even one isk for a picture like that.
