Not entirely sure, but I think we have a NAP with them. 
Also, Dark Matter from BOB has nothing to do with it afaik.

Saw them in local a few times I think, they didn't leave any lasting impression, just seemed like another small northern(ish) alliance, seems that since the end of january they've vanished somewhere (from looking at our killboard).

From what I have seen they're trying to kick Fatal out of the new region with help from the other smaller Alliances in the area.
I also noticed they have LV, BOB and what's left of AScn on their enemies list.
Not a good idea to make enemies with large Alliances though

DMC have accomplished quite a bit considering their member count. They're pretty new on the political landscape, so it's no wonder a lot of people haven't heard of them.
Of course, we at FREGE <3 them.
