Seeing as how there's no way in hell T20 was the only dev in BOB (note: several other people with Reykavijik or however you spell it addys left BOB immdiately after the scandal broke), I find it SO logical to believe that they had NO idea T20 was giving BOB those BPOs. I mean, all T20 did was write a big ass letter to everyone letting them know all the fun gifts he was bringing to the party. And CCP has said in the past that they keep STRICT track of all the T2 BPOs in the game. So, of COURSE no other devs would have known. Also, I mean. . .why should we think that guys that work together, play together, go drinking at the pub together, etc. and so forth know each other's handles in Tranquility? I mean that's just plain crazy talk! Also, I can't believe that ANYONE would think that T20 would give out other info to BOB. I mean, he was willing to give them illegal T2 BPOs. . .there's no WAY he'd actually help them out any other way. Duh! /sarcasm off BOB is getting everything it wants/deserves. They've admitted they love being hated (aka: claiming to be victims) and it's all a form of masochism to them. They get their rocks off by being hated by everyone and then acting superior to all those around them. Too bad now all the tinfoil hatters turned out to be correct and they all turned out to be the goats. Now they have to ramp up the self-deception to astronomical levels so their inner Jimminny Cricket (conscience for those not familiar with Pinnochio) doesn't get the best of them. Hey, Bobbits, mind sending me some ISK so I can buy a couple of months worth of GTCs to make up for all that time I wasted on R&D agents?

Love how they forget it was a DEV, a person part of the staff who made the game and who maintain it. A part o the staff who we all PAY (Unless you cheat, you dont pay isk sellers. After all they stand to LOSE from this conflict since they took the wrong side. and maybe.. just maybe, your interpretation of what you're perceiving is not the only possibility. otherwise you'd take into the account the idea that some of us would like this crap to drift away so we can continue to play the game we love and CCP can continue to churn the gears. conspiracy or no, i'd rather CCP had its resources creating content, fixing bugs and supporting server issues than trying to prove themselves to a bunch of conspiracy theorists and doomsday prophets. People argue when their personal views are at odds, whereas a debate is a more formal method of analyzing the angles of an issue.

At this point part of improving the game is proving themselves to conspiracy theorists and doomsday prophets because for once they were right. I agree that this continuing negative sentiments is worrisome, however, because I'm a fan of this game first and foremost and the very fact that it was all brought out into the open is proof positive that CCP has plenty of employees with integrity. They really could have shrugged it all off and there would have been a lot less furor. Still you're deluding yourself if you think that CCP doesn't need to keep a focus on the integrity of its employees as much as it does the integrity of the servers at this point.

Call it what you will, but at this point in time the biggest problem for Eve is exactly that, public perception about CCPs behaviour. They can edit out all they want but their reputation has taken a nosedive in the outside world where they hope to get new subscribers from. It throws a stain on everything CCP does, including that new MMO for World of Darkness/Vampire they seem to be starting on. Only good thing from CCPs perspective might be that this problem might actually help them address the second biggest problem, lag... -------------- In completely unrelated news, after careful research, the Guiding Hand Social Club concludes that no member of the Guiding Hand Social Club is guilty of corptheft.
