Everybody knows nanos and istab are the new thing.. And removing the 5WCS means you will be able to use the 5th sensorbooster much more efficiently... YARR!!

This thread is the latest serious discussion of L4 Raven setups and is probably what you want. You don't likely want to dual-task one fitting for PVE and PVP because it won't be very good at either; additionally, the Raven is not generally seen as quite the same sort of powerhouse outside of a PVE role, although it is generally considered adequate when properly ganged and assisted. To be very brief: 6xCruise + Nos + tractor or whatever T2 XL SB + T2 SBA + T2 Hardeners 3 PDU2 2 BCU2 3 CCCs, 5 med T2 drones, 5 sm T2 drones is now a popular cookie-cutter T2 PVE fit. Even at that level it is probably the best per-isk+sp mission runner for L4s, although most people prefer to quickly get into better faction/officer/siege iterations that do much more damage.

Missions (lvl 4) with a bog standard Raven Highs - 6 x Arbalest Torps (6 x Arbalest cruise for the drone missions) 1 x Tractor beam (coz I like picking shiny things up) 1 x Heavy NOS (diminishing if you can afford it) Mids - 1 x XL Shield booster II (If you can afford it, use faction i.e. any Gist will help with the cap and also the CPU) 1 x Cap recharger II (if you use the Gist change for an amp) 4 x T2 Hardners fitted for mission specific damage types Lows - 3 x BCU II 2 x PDU II Drones - 5 x medium T2 damage specific drones Rigs - 1 x Cap recharger rig 2 x shield extender rigs This setup will make all but the enemies abound 5 of 5 look simple. For PvP, I assume you mean in a fleet because you will struggle to solo PVP with this monstrosity. I'm not saying it's impossible but it does take quite a radical step in design. TK
