Hey Malakai & The Folks at RNLB,
I am thinking about joining a corp. and Im really into llamas (I almost did a M.A. thesis on what llamas were doing in coastal Peru in the year 200 A.D. Yes, I AM serious, and YES, I am THAT insane. No I never undertook that research effort, so the secrets of prehistoric Peruvian llamas remain safe). But anyways....
I have been playing EVE for 2.5 months.
My character is Caldari, based in the Lonetrek region. I have approximately 2.3 million SP, widely distributed among 58 skills. With my first (and so far only) character I wanted to try as many different aspects of the game as possible.
So far I do mission-running, some small-scale mining, manufacturing, and scavenging.
Lately I have been doing a great job with Level 1 missions in my trusty Merlin Frigate.
I often appropriately-broke, with typically 1 - 2.5 million ISK on hand at any one time.
I have yet to venture forth into low-sec or 0.0 space, but I am looking forward to doing so.
I play between 4 - 10 hours per week, in the Eastern US Time zone, generally in the evneings.
In a game experience I am looking for:
+ Commradierie (and a spell-checker for some of the big words)
+ Some "drama" of fighting for 0.0 space.
+ A hint of roleplaying, only insomuch as to give some sort of "meaning" to the corporations goals, successes and setbacks.
+ An opportunity to learn a lot more about the game.
+ Opportunities to assist players that are even more newbs than I am.
I will attempt to find you folks in your eve chatroom. If not, simply eve-mail me at Zapote Peregrino. Thanks!
