James 315 knows the answer, and he's champing at the bit to tell you!
In one of the most penetrating of all his analytical works, the Saviour of Highsec lays bare the fallacies which are trotted out by the ignorant of New Eden.

Gregor MacGregor (1786GÇô1845) was, by his own proclamation, the first Cazique of the Principality of Poyais in Central America, Inca of New Granada, and founder of the Order of the Green Cross. Claiming descent from both the ancient Kings of Scotland and indigenous South American royalty, MacGregor served with distinction in the "Die-Hards" of the British Army's 57th Foot during the Peninsular War, then rendered honourable service to New Granada, Venezuela and Florida as a general during their wars of independence from Spain. Becoming Cazique of Poyais in 1820, he returned to his native Britain to offer the country's benefits to British investors and settlers and arranged transport for about 250 emigrants, mostly his fellow Scots. He then attempted to attract French colonists, but was frustrated when the French government stopped them from leaving. MacGregor was hailed as a hero; at his funeral, the President of Venezuela marched behind his coffin. Many have tried to emulate the policies he initiated as leader of Poyais, but few have come close to matching his success. |

Great work, Sasha! Your recordings are nothing short of a very professional work and are further improving every time.
By the way, is there any chance we could hear your previous recordings from 2014-15? I was a great admirer of your early musings on the Code. |

I chuckled but had to amend the text to induce it to align more closely with the Truth!
Thank you, Yourmoney.

Hi Salah, and many thanks for your kind comments and for the sparkling new Mining Permit you issued me on my return to EVE.
In response to your question, I've collected what I could find (there may be a truant or 2) and converted the files to Mp3 format. They now reside in a folder of my dropbox account.
I'll message you in-game.
My intention (only intention, at the moment) is to re-do at least a few of them, and to upload these higher quality versions to soundcloud.

Terrible clickbait. I didn't even fully read your first sentence.
When you don't know the difference between there, their, and they're, you come across as being so uneducated that your viewpoint can be safely dismissed. The literate is unlikely to learn much from the illiterate.

My wife, Phyllis, would smile broadly at your assumption that I could intentionally cobble together something even vaguely as psychologically complex as click-bait.
You seem not to have read the small print; a common slip, I think.
Thank you for clicking/listening though!

I'm personally responsible for that post he made and really enjoyed the silly voice done when reading it.

Hi Vimsy,
Even as I read the script, the words 'Break-A-Wish-Foundation' leapt out at me! Yes, you were and are a force to be reckoned with.
That your own activities gave rise to rswfire's abortive initiative just adds to the debt we owe you - for he flounced off!
I always check stuff in advance of doing these; he's still around (though not in EVE, as far as I know). He has a website under his EVE name, dot com, and is president of an internet entertainment company. Well done to him for finding success outside the game.
I do wonder though whether he regards his business competitors as 'bullies'?!
