Smartbombing Jita 4-4 undocking area is the standard goodbye-EVE tradition.
From that much ISK you could do it with an entire fleet. Think of the cries for help on local

Awesome. You win 10M as the most entertaining idea so far. Check your wallet.
For maximum effect, undock with a full set of smartbombs and announce on local that you will quit and you're about to jettison a billion worth of T2 gear. Wait a bit till all the greedy carebears are swarming around you and then BAM
Be sure to be more than 5000m away from the station else you can't activate the smartbombs

I have revised the procedure since then :)
For maximum effect, position an alt in a hauler some 20km away form the station and announce on local that you will quit the game and you're about to jettison a billion worth of T2 gear at station IV - 4. Wait a bit till all the greedy carebears are swarming around you and then BAM
warp in with your battleship and make those 8 smartbombs count!
