Im a regular in RvB for many years, I usually do incursions when away from corp. Earlier today i was trying to host a casual Free For All arranged fight/tourney for fellow RvB members after a station camp have gone cold, and then suddenly i got instantly banned for being a scammer (without even a convo or mail, well actually i got a mail just after i got banned saying "we dont tolerate scammers in RvB".
i just think its a little weird and unexpected (considering that I put up 100 mil of my own money as the prize pool for the tourney, and also i have done casual arranged fights in RvB before).
3 of us were starting to fight eachother at the undock, one of them got on the killmail on my Hawk, when my hawk died i docked up to refit and thats when i got kicked from corp (5 minutes into the tournament). https://zkillboard.com/character/421596118/losses/
I mean i like the idea of RvB, I just dont agree that a classy corp such as RvB should treat corp members in such a "personal" and "judgemental" way, its just not the RvB way. I cant help but wonder if the leadership in RvB is having issues, considering the recent relocate to a different system and the strangely personal accusations about scamming. I am no longer sure I would want to go back to the corp even if i was asked to.
I mean im happy to just move on, and im sure i will have just as much fun pvp'ing in lowsec/nullsec, but RvB why the cold shoulder?
gf to all you who gave me good fights earlier today, i had more fun than I had for a while (even though i lost a few ships), I really appreciated it.

* ship restriction: frigates, destroyers, cruisers, battlecruisers and battleships allowed.
* equipment restriction: no ecm, no logi, no cyno, no booster alts.
* arena restrictions: only killmails inside the arena count. Jumping in/out of arena allowed.
* most kills wins: if its a tie then its most isk destroyed.
* match begins: as soon as everyone is in system.
* each round: is 1 hour max. (or until everyone is either dead or given up)

We don't discuss reasons for kicking our members in public. If the OP has a problem with how he was treated, he can raise it in the mediation area on our own forums where command members will see both sides of the story and adjudicate.
To expand on our scamming policy in RvB:
* We do not tolerate our members scamming other members. 1 strike and you're out.
* We do not tolerate our members using RvB's name to add credence to their scams (eg. "I'm from RvB, you can trust me, we aren't allowed to scam" or "my dodgy deal has the approval of RvB management", etc). You might get away with a warning if you promise to stop.
* Any other form of scamming is just fine and dandy. Fill your boots. Just keep it to Jita please, we don't want our locals filled with it.

Interesting that RvB has its own FFA (cunningly hidden on the forums, the corp motd, community chat motd and in mails to both corps this very day)
Interesting that you have now tried this malarkey twice and been rumbled within minutes both times.
Interesting that you have been in 9 corps in 14 days.
Interesting that you invite people to send you ISK for blowing up their own ships (when were we going to get the prize pool?)
Interesting that you started pushing this FFA idea within minutes of arriving and in a private chat channel.
RvB is a friendly and co-operative community - with so much regularly scheduled content that nobody feels the need for faux isk prizes.
There is so much genuine good will amongst the community that scammers are spotted almost instantly.
Why not play the game properly? Is scamming really that interesting?
RvB members can look forward to a BC brawl 2moro and Battleships on Sunday.
You can look forward to Jita I suppose.

Yeah, I guess from my point of few, this was actually good press, anyone who knows extruder (at least through his posting) knows he is a fool and possibly a troll, so no one cares what he says as I indicated in my first post, Charles came in here with some class and made you guys look good, then Vision comes along and makes Charles and the rest of the group look foolish and not on the same page. Not really a big deal just as I said, unnecessary.
