Would you like a patch that didnt work properly so you can fill the boatds with whining?????
Personally, i am glad they pulled it at the last minute. I prefer a patch that works properly!
You dont see poeople whining on NASA boards if they cancel a launch 10 seconds before liftoff, now do you?

Well the day is not over yet. But I think if it doesnt come out today the I will lose the respect for CCP (as this means they dont respect the community) though not the faith

I think u don't understand neither read the posts - we r not whining on anything concerning game or DEVS...
We are just feeling sorry for being mislead for another time - but this time is a case of "Be or not to BE" for many players - If they see what we can see - a short info sent when it came out that they won't manage to be ready on time, rather than official statement yesterday about this delay... what will they do... I don't think they will wait for another slap? It's immature to treat clients like this... but I wrote about this above... look at it Mighty.

Ok, Ok, good, maybe they saw something that wasn't going to work out at the last minute or something, could have been anything, but, CCP take your time and get this one right, we have all been waiting awhile for this so test and don't be afraid to pull back and make any changes, cause the reason why is we all remember what happened last time, and that wasn't as big a deal as this patch is.

This doesn't work, that doesn't work, cant do this as promised.... sort of thing.
I do apologise if it came across that I was accusing people of whining about the patch not being implemented at D/T, as that is not the message i intended to put across.
However, would you prefer a patch that didn't work properly and screwed up your gaming experience? or would you like a nice shiny new one that does what it says on the box?

Regardless of how much time they take, there will always be something missed or that works differently for someone who has a unique set up or something just different with TQ and Chaos servers.

Mighty u r repeating yourself and u still don't catch - but I'll explain to u literally - I want this patch to be "a nice shiny new one" and i can wait few more days - but my point was to mention that the communication between CCP and us - clients is still in miserable state - I thing it needs a patch, better quick if we want to talk like adults!

I fully understand what you are saying, but to my understanding, the patch was was only pencilled in for today in any case. Therefor, the fact it hasn't shown up in D/T is no cause for alarm to start with (as it may turn up later today in an unscheduled d/t), and CS were probably not aware of the problem in time to issue a full statement about possible delays. Without information, there is only rumour and speculation (hearsay for want of a better word), and if the issues were noted 1 hour before d/t (assuming it was going to come in at d/t), cs would only have known about it for a very short period of time, and would most likely would have had no time to issue a statement to the effect that it would not be going ahead.

In my opinion, CCP didn't mess up with setting the date, they messed up by restricting test to 50 people, and letting most of those people be worthless while on there. To reach a monday downtime update, they should have monitored test better so that this feverish testing could have been done efficiently.
Oh well too late now to test up all those features.... but today isn't over (yet).

Many of you need to read the patch review forums. Hellmar i think it was annouced for people to check chaos out and report major problems before they patched. Thusly if somethign was majorly wrong they would try to get it fixed by monday if they could. there has already been rather large changes by the players request. So i'm guessing there doing some last second testing on chaos to try and make sure everything is truly ready to go. Nothing worse then a crapy messed up patch because they wanted to get it out for all of you with ADD who can't wait a few more hours. Also as a note they said monday but not when, so if they still get it out today then they never lied to you .
