Bounties have been levied against the Star Fraction alliance, as well as to an extent, their hosts, the Xpact alliance. Bounties on Star Fraction vessles of battlecruiser or larger, will be 10m isk, and another 1m for the pod. t2 frigates will have a bounty of 5m, and all other t2 ships will ahve a 10m isk bounty. 100m isk for any cap ship of star fractions laid low.
Xpact will have a 1m isk bounty per ship of cruiser or larger killed.
All kills are from this point forward, and require a link to a screenshot of the killmail. Please send all emails to me. You have 24 hours to submit a claim for each bounty.

It all starts on an another forum. This happens to be a forum for RPers. Why Dust Angel hangs out there I still struggle to come up with a reason. I don't know Dusty's background. But apparently he is not very well liked.
1. A Star Fraction pilot says in a thread, "To be quite honest I think we're a little more concerned about Istavaan leaving than you Dusty." referring to Istvaan Shogaatsu leaving the game over his disappointing events with the t20 fiasco. People cared about Istvaan, but in general not for Dusty.
2. Dusty responds with a typical vulgar sentence I can not even quote.
3. SF pilot responds Wardec or STFU.
4. Tpyical, no you wardec, .. no you, no you ...
5. Dusty has Anarchy Empire declare war on Star Fraction.
6. Dusty realizes all Star Fraction is on the opposite side of eve in the middle of another operation as a guest of xpact alliance. They are not in the same region as his alliance, he did no locater agent searches before he had paid the wardec.
7. Star Fraction tells Dusty in essence "Sorry but as much as we want to pod you ten times over we have better things to do than shoot slugs. But come over and we will kill your fleet." Hell we would use our haulers if necessary.
8. Dusty whines to community and declares victory that the alliance he wardecced will not travel TO him to fight.
9. No Anarchy Alliance fleet shows up. But Dust Angel shows up in a Kestel where we are. Finds the offending SF pilot in a Iteron but does not agress.
10. Apparently Xpact has a policy in one system for which there is no hostility. Do not shoot unless shot. So Dusty repeatedly tries to agress people to get them in trouble. Meantime the Iteron chases Dusty's Kestrel around a few systems but does not get a fight.
11. Dust Angel's plan of wardeccing fall apart without any fleet except his own Kestrel. He can't get SF in trouble with XPACT, he can't kill anyone himself. His cries fall on deaf ears in other forums.
12. Finale, he fakes a kill mail and submits it to XPACT saying he was agressed and killed by a Star Fraction pilot. XPACT contacts Star Fraction wondering what happened. Star Fraction submits screenshots of the character she can not even PILOT the ship he forged on the kill mail that supposed killed him
13. Failure on every end leads him to where we are now.
I hope you enjoyed the long post. It's quite funny and as accurate as I can follow this crazy mess.

Extreme may wish to lift the no shooty policy in X Pacts home system for Anarchy Empire, I'd consider faking killmails a hostile act.
Anarchy Empire is a pvp alliance out of Syndicate. We're mostly based out of Y9G, feel free to drop by anytime, we'll have cookies waiting. We're made up of Team Americas, Celtic Anarchy, Nubs, Queens of the Stoneage and recently Harvest Systems (haven't gotten to know them yet, hopefully they are a cool group of guys)
Dunno about the whole faking killmail thing, I'm not in senior management so its probably getting handled if it actually happened. I do know we don't condone that sort of thing. As for Star Fraction podding us..... LOL... Bring it. You don't have the stones.

I remember some of you from Syndicate, I think Team America was in BRS when I was in TMPL in NBSI.
The killmail was faked. Once the Fatal Campaign is over, one way or another, feel free to come up, if I remember right you guys were good fun, and it'd be welcome to have some fun fights as a change from the fleet battles, and the stalemate stuff.

Yep that was us, we love a good fight. I'm sure we will get a road trip going sometime in the future. Atm we have some business to take care of here, but we welcome any visitors as well

Well it doesn't matter. Your alliance declared war on us for your one guy who felt insecure I previous summed up before. If there was other reasons then great. Still ironic it was stemming from a OOC thread in a RP forum.
But heh we love having things to shoot. It's just we aren't going to waste time on coming to you. We made plans before Dusty had his tantrum and we aren't changing it even for free targets. But it is tempting. Usually we have to pay the war fees.
Come and we will oblige. We might see you later. But we have targets that serve a better purpose at this point.
I will not assume your alliance is at all like your one member, Dust Angel, but I wonder how he fits in the command scheme. I know of another member in your alliance who I respect as well. After asking for a screenshot of the spaceship command skill tree of the Star Fraction involved (Which was given very quickly). It was determined that the Star Fraction member question can not fly the drake nor any caldari ships. So I proceeded to question Dust Angel for the screenshot of his killmail. I asked for the concord message from the inbox. He gave an excuse of not knowing how to take a screenshots, and when I told him to to use print screen, he responded with a slash command along the lines of:

I find it hard to beleive that someone who has been playing the game for more then 1 year that does not know what Print Screen is, nor how to take a screenshot. Few hours later, he comes back with an ultimatum for X-Pact, telling me that we either help him or face the consequences.

The point is your alliance memeber used a fake killmail to have another alliance take action against us. Sad that he did it and sad that someone who MIGHT consider himself a combat pilot would need to have others do his dirty work. XPACT received digital evidence of the impossibility of his fake killmail and confronted your CEO. He couldn't come up with anything.
XPACT is satisfied your corp faked it. I am sorry you belong to an corp/alliance who scams combat records. If you come to Dust Angel he obviously will continue to lie.
It is sad, sad, sad ... and that you have to put paltry bounties on people would not believe your lies and do your dirty work. It's akin to a person who sold bogus bookmarks and then claimed to be a victim after scamming the buyer and doing the same. It's halirous. Interesting thread. All I'll add is that if you are in Anarchy Empire, and you want to pay for a wardec, we generally make it happen. We aren't particular about it.
Well...maybe I'll add more, brevity isn't my strong bit.
Harvest System has been in AE for a short time now. Not sure when, not sure why, but I'm not a director of anything....except my own pewpew. If Dust Angel has reasons for offering a bounty on SF pilots so be it, I'm sure they'll take it in stride and have fun with it. Or at least get a laugh. This whole thing has made me giggle.
If DA faked a killmail to try to provoke someone into attacking SF, bad form. Seems like he was caught at it, and while I don't like it, it is up to AE corp heads to decide if anything is done about it.

Interesting thread. All I'll add is that if you are in Anarchy Empire, and you want to pay for a wardec, we generally make it happen. We aren't particular about it.
Well...maybe I'll add more, brevity isn't my strong bit.
Harvest System has been in AE for a short time now. Not sure when, not sure why, but I'm not a director of anything....except my own pewpew. If Dust Angel has reasons for offering a bounty on SF pilots so be it, I'm sure they'll take it in stride and have fun with it. Or at least get a laugh. This whole thing has made me giggle.
If DA faked a killmail to try to provoke someone into attacking SF, bad form. Seems like he was caught at it, and while I don't like it, it is up to AE corp heads to decide if anything is done about it. edit:: also, based on posting history and actions, I'd say I'm not too fond of Dust Angel or Harvest System, but meh.
If anyone somehow has a problem with us about this, bring ships, bring expensive fittings, and bring your friends. We like the pretty lights.
Luckily Khavi has Forum ***** lvl V. It gives him an eloquence i cannot match.
