What can we do? we are an almost 2 months old mining and mission Corp. we are pacifist and just want to enjoy the game, but we got war decked by a Corp of nothing but Griefers; they are almost all 4 years old players who never give any reason to attack us or any demand ; we r on total disabantage even if we have 3 players whit enough exp to do level 3 missions; we r mostly nubs and the griefers r here just to take us down and ruin the game that we love so much.
So where can we have some help? we donĘt have the money to hire mercs or even to afford some ships to give them the kills they want Can we contact any one? Can they get banned 4 such a dishonorable act

A war dec isn't griefing.
Fight back in cheap ships, using ECM/sensor damps etc to annoy them. Simple.

Smacky but
Check Eve-search.com for ways other corps have dealt with the same problem. Deal with it,this is part of what makes eve different, both what they are doing to you and the fact you can defend against it.
Edit: An no you cant get banned for wardeccing a weaker corp. FFS. 2nd Edit: meh

Disband corp and make a new one.It seems that CCP doesn't mind at all these days.I personally reported several times guys doing this repeatedly and at least for some of them I know they didn't even bother contacting them.

When they start attacking you, logoffski. They'll have to expend probes to find you.
After a while, it won't be worth it. You have cheap ships and probably no loot.

If they log off when getting attacked the will die.
To teh OP, if you cant look after yourself then you dont "deserve" a corp of your own. Join a bigger one where you can be protected to an extent.

Leave the corp, and form your own chat channel. That way you and your friends can still talk and find easy groups, but then you can't be wardecced.

You can always just stay docked, or go far out in another region (like Aridia or whatever)
they might not feel like flying 60 jumps to kill some noobs

All these people telling you to move/stay docked/disband corp offer viable solutions for your problem, but they also propably mean a deep impact to your gaming experience. When my first corp was wardeced we were facing the same problem: all of us were complete noobs and did the great carebear-thing (running missions/mining). We had a long discussion about our possibilities and finaly decided to take the circumstances as an opportunity to try something new: PvP
We bought a stack of cheap, disposable frigs with t1-fitting and tried to fight back ninja-style, getting in for the kill fast, running when odds were against us, annoying the offenders with ECM... Sure, we lost a lot of ships during the learning process, but we got the occasional kill (what a joy when we killed a t2-fitted Armageddon who was a little bit too self-sufficient :)), and our whole attitude towards the game changed a lot. Nowadays (2 years later) most of us are in different corps, but also most of us rarely fly missions and we never go mining at all, and looking back I can say this wardec was the best thing that could have happened to me. Conclussion: Give it a try, don't let them spoil your fun, instead create fun from your situation!

Welcome to another part of Eve FUN. Sorry it was imposed on you in such a manner, but it's all part of a learning process that will make you and your corpmates better pilots.
Like mentionned already, field cheap equipment and go for single kills and try to make it out with your hull in one piece. Regroup, re-fit, return, repeat.

Keep them bored. Eventually they will quit. Don't fight them unless you have an absolute advantage. Don't talk to them in local, at all. Don't entertain them. Never ever engage unless you are sure you can win. Make this war be the opposite of fun for them and they will quit and go their way. But you have to have good discipline to not talk in local and not let any of your hothead members engage them and give them easy kills. Don't accept any 1vs1's from them of course. They have to become utterly bored with this war.
Don't ever reveal what region or systems you're operating in when recruiting people.

What?
Vexors are cheap btw. Try those w/ a little EW cruiser support if you don't really know what you're up against. Leave anything irreplacable at home, like your money maker. (unless the pics are your money maker.)
Leave the t1 frigs at home unless you are gonna blob em 2-1. No stabs girly man. 1 good fight with good sportsmanship will make them respect you a smidge usually, even if you lose.
(*don't send pics to ppl unsolicited)

Like it or not, Eve is a PvP game. (And if you didn't like it, why are you playing in the first place? )
First WarDec either makes or breaks a corp. You guys can do any of the things people have mentioned above. However, a few members will probably leave. Its ok, they aren't serious about the game to begin with. I don't mean that to sound condescending, but a LOT of people get into this game not realizing that you can be blown up anywhere, anytime. If that isn't for them, then Eve isn't the game for them.
Those that stay in your corp will probably be good friends for as long as you guys play. Think of it as character building.

There are two ways generally to end a war in EVE.
First, the opponent becomes bored to death and decides to move on.
Second, you make it cost them so much that they choose to find easier prey.
On point one the easiest way to make them bored is to give them no targets. Set a long skill train. Log in only to sit in the station while they circle outside...greatfun....even more fun if you can research and build at range :) as well as make sell orders at range :).
Find out what times they are on and avoid playing those hours, play when you don't expect them to be on :) ( This is easier to do say if you are US time and they are European ).
Okay that's about all on point One.
Point two lots of folks have given you some pointers.
I assume this is the typical t2 fitted veterans preying on folks that are in t1 ships. That's okay that can work in your favor.
Get lots of t1 frigates, whatever you can afford, or build yourself. Get t1 fittings for them, not named ones just generic ones, you can build these too or buy.
The idea is to swarm the enemy. You are going to get killed, you are going to lose ships and pods. But for every t2 ship you destroy you will have to lose 10 or more t1 frigates for the same cost, not to mention cost of fittings. You'll want to have some folks with webs, warp scramblers and sensor dampeners. Target painter is good for intercepter/assault frigate tackling.
Only attack where you have 10 to one odds and only when they have a ship or two by themselves.
If you kill a couple of em they probably will move on since you won't be giving them any loot of value and really t1 frigate kills aren't worth bragging about on your killboards.
Good Luck :)
Don't let em beat you :)
