Right i would like to see a change in your game machanics! If someone steals from a mining op being done by a corp then i think that the person that has stolen the ore should be flagged by the entire corp this used to be the case and now its not losing ships to concorde for defending are assets is really not on this needs to be changed pirates are pirates but to aggressivaly engaged due to their actions would be justice in an already messed up universe!

Wait what?
That is the case. It's corp-wide flagging.

Ok so just for clarification! If the corp make one can the only person that can attack is the person that dropped the can!

Flagging doesn't extend to gang members , only corpmates.

Addendum to the above...
The corp must be a player corp. Flagging does not extend to members of an NPC corp.

To be precise:
Stealing from a can dropped by a player who is a member of a player corp flaggs the thief towards the original owners corporation. Nothing more, nothing less.
In an early draft regarding introduction of criminal flagging in RMR gangs were included in this scenario but then CCP decided to drop that idea.
If the above didn't work for you the following could have happened:
1. Can belonged to a gang member who was not part of your corp. 2. Overview bug. Red flashing sometimes only starts after re-opening overview. 3. Petitionable bug (good luck with that btw.)
Last but not least: Knowledge base is your friend:
The criminal flagging system Container ownership and criminal flagging
Happy fighting!
