Edited by: Cadiz on 19/02/2007 02:19:00 Band of Brothers isn't fighting the entire Coalition at any one time, though. They're usually either fighting with D2 in Fountain OR assorted northerners in Querious OR the Drunken Redswarm & Friends in conjunction with LV. We've yet to get to the point where there is actually mass concerted effort against BoB itself, so I'd say wait a while and see if you still believe such.
And it seems that wherever BoB is not at any one point in time, their associates are either deadlocked or losing ground... ------ Director, No Quarter "There is no problem that cannot be solved by the judicious application of violence." |

Considering that's what BoB is up against in totality, yes, that's about right. Wait until BoB is actually dealing with the full scope of what they're up against before making claims about who's winning what. ------ Director, No Quarter "There is no problem that cannot be solved by the judicious application of violence." |

Originally by: Red Crown Right now, BoB isn't the main party in the conflict. Most fighting in the south has involved LV. BoB can't hold two fronts. BoB couldn't even hold off two major attacks on its home territory - demonstrated earlier today. GoonSwarm was able to fly, unopposed, strait into BoB "HQ" at NOL-M9 while BoB forces were tied up with D2.
With most of BoB being on the move in firefighting operations right now, being able to fly into NOL-M9 all lazily isn't saying a whole lot. I went through there last night and there were absolutely no BoB members in the system - one FIX and one Exuro Mortis, that's it.
But I suppose that does highlight your point...it would appear that BoB needs to concentrate the majority of their capabilities on any one area to get favourable results right now, and at the current rate that won't seem to be enough in the long run. I suppose they're hoping that if they can brutalize component parts of the anti-BoB coalition sufficiently they can push them out of the war before it reaches the doors of Delve, which may or may not work. Only time will tell on that point. ------ Director, No Quarter "There is no problem that cannot be solved by the judicious application of violence." |

I see some of the people who have responded to Attak's post(s) in this thread have utterly nonexistent sarcasm detectors. ------ Director, No Quarter "There is no problem that cannot be solved by the judicious application of violence." |
