The EVE: Citadel expansion has been deployed on April 27th during an extended downtime. To report issues with the expansion on PC, please post in this thread.

EVE: Citadel brings the new Citadels, gargantuan player-created cities in space, which deliver the means to a deeper and more meaningful control over space. We also have a massive set of changes to capital and supercapital warfare, including deadly new superweapons. Additionally we see completely new Force Auxiliary capital ships as the new capital logistic backbone. Carriers and Supercarriers receive brand new fighter gameplay together with a full overhaul of their roles and bonuses. Capital NPCs, valuable Drifter NPCs in wormholes, an improved tactical camera mode, and a ton more is introduced.

When installing or leaving a clone behind, there is a 900,000ISK charge. This seems to be working as intended, but we worded the patch note concerning it very badly. This is being amended now, sorry for the oversight.

Hi, the penalty applies, it's just not being displayed but that has been fixed internally and will be out in a patch soon

Submit a bug report from the in-client tool please (found in F12 help menu) from the character that this is occurring with. If it's safe enough to do so, don't move from the spot you're experiencing the issue at before filing the report.

Waiting to hear this was done by design for some big racial connected Empire event. Mass Extinction followed by Race to the prize for your homeland? But more seriously, are you going to be able to restore medical clone positions etc? Or just give us a free move? On the other hand it seems more like players over 1 month old should just eat the 900K cost to fix this quietly. I'd prefer CCP work on fixing more serious issues. And how many players under 1 month have made medical critical clone relocation? Mostly only alts of player for whom 900K is nothing. A really small player sacrifice for the good of the game.
Its fixed - relog and it should display correctly. If it isn't doing that, please file a bug report.

Do you have active modules fitted on your ship? If so, it should correct itself after a few seconds. If it doesn't do this, please file a bug report.

The character who should have the highest tax rate has the lowest one and vice versa. Can you please look into it - it looks like this is a problem for other people as well. Thank you.
This is just a visual display issue. If you are noting your wallet not reflecting the correct applied tax (not the pictured tax) then please file a bug report, but we have zero instances of this occurring so far.

Sure. So I had a quick look, and it indeed appears as you say. What I need to do now is go back through the releases and find out when the change was made (I have a pretty good idea of this already). Then, following a quick chat with the team who implemented the change, we will find out if it's by design that it is this way, or if it is unintended. If it's the latter, it will be fixed. Thing is, because of the nature of the issue (usability, workaround in place, no broken functionality) it's going to take a back seat for a few days while we get the broken stuff out of the way.

Second Day after DT Display of base broker Fee Shows 3.0% instead of 225.00% but is it right ? I think no because Market Tab always showed base broker Fee After skills without standing , should be less because 3.0% is base for no skills char. now? Display of Sales Tax is wrong too , because CCP Goliath wrote yesterday that its only graphical issue and tax deducted is 0.75% minimum. Another thing now shows 1%.
Sales tax 1% is correct. The bug with that was that it was 0.75% yesterday, that was not a display issue. The display issue was the Broker Fee showing as crazy percentages, and this should be fixed now, but if your skills aren't applying to it (please check wallet transactions to determine if its visual or actually charging incorrect amounts) please just file a report and we will sort it out.

Fixed internally this morning, testing just started.
EDIT: Incidentally, all reports I have seen so far use the old camera - it is possible that using the new camera might be a workaround for this issue, maybe give that a go?

We are investigating this now, it seems to be a non-100% issue that affects anything that uses the hacking minigame. Once we have a solid repro (very close, just passed the defect over to someone with a lead) it will get added to the list and promptly fixed.

Would love to see a bug report with a video/gif attached for this. "go all crazy everyime I do everything" is not something widely reported so really need to see what's happening.

So, the fix we deployed for this apparently has a little issue with it too! Basically, the first time you try to sell an item in a station, it will fail with the "item not within your reach" error. Subsequent attempts to sell any item (not just the one you initially selected) from that station will succeed, unfortunately for items in other stations you must repeat the process. We realise this partial fix is insufficient and will be iterating on it. If you are in a situation whereby you absolutely cannot sell something after 2 tries, and you should be able to, please file a report. I looked for reports from you but I guess you filed them on a different character? Feel free to EVEMail me the BR numbers, or post them here, and I'll look into them.

We just deployed a client fix that is targeted at the overview not updating, and two of the issues with the old camera.
- When using the old camera, module buttons fail to allow deactivating modules after a jump. Workaround: Switch to the new camera for a moment.
- Buttons to the left hand side of the HUD will not show at login if the old camera is selected and no active modules are fitted to your ship
- The overview may fail to refresh correctly while in space.
These fixes will require a relog to get (client version 1035137) and the overview one is speculative as we have no internal repro of the issue, but we thought it best to try and get a possible fix out and iterate further on it, than spend more time trying to get a repro while the live environment suffers. Please let us know if you are experiencing any of these issues from client version 1053517 onward, either in this thread or via bug report.

Petitioning is not the correct way to deal with bugs. You need to submit bug reports (F12 menu or community website). This issue sounds like it will be fixed following the fix for all of the buttons disappearing reproducibly, with the old camera.

We have multiple people reporting this and its linked to the capital weapon specilisation skills. My alts queue was paused and has now been inactive for 48h.
Please submit a support ticket - the issue you are describing was supposed to be fixed with today's deployment

Sorry for no posts over last 2 days, it was the weekend. All known issues listed (including the camera ones) will be/are being worked on. Upsetting to hear the overview fix didn't take but there are definitely less people affected. The behaviour you are discussing is subjective usability rather than being a bug.
