I mean lets face it, Outbreak are a formidable fighting force, what you lack in numbers you more than make up for in a concentration of talent that surpasses any entity in EVE. Is it possible that given the current political climate, it is actually impossible for Outbreak to do anything that isn't going to have some political effect?
One of the reasons why Backdoor Bandit's shenanigans and the rest of the rumours surrounding Outbreak have captured readers attention is because of the very large interest in what you are up to at this present time. If I was a cynic I would say that BB has capitalised on this interest to have a laugh at the EVE reader's expense.
Outbreak are one of the last entities of any significance to have not sided in this conflict one way or the other.
I would go on to suggest that the efforts that Outbreak will go to, in order to remain politically inert may prove more troublesome and stressful than any direct political involvement.

you just wait for the movies nez, I'm sure you'll see alot of threesome vid's, where we warp in, and start firing on 2 deffernt fleet's already engaged with each other, and wreck everyone's day :) should be interesting having dual fire team's targeting by the "ALLY" area of overview :)

Anyone who bought into this thread, really needs to step away from EvE a bit.
I think my favorite bit was Blacklight wanting to test Xelas as an explanation for attacks there, that was good for a laugh. I was afraid the obvious use of a DICE sig on an outbreak character would have ruined the joke so early on but that bit of over the top was accepted too.
I'm only hoping that those that SEEMED to buy this thread hook line and sinker were really just fooling me by pretending to believe it to see how many believed them believing something so obviously satire.
Good show there outbreak, you guys helped keep my faith in humanity low
