I run missions for a lvl4 Q-14 agent.
I know its a crap quality but there is no other agent
around.
What I found is that the maximum number of LP i get is
2846. Not more. Always the same for each mission. Is there
a top limit by the agent quality which is only affected by skills? My standing with the agent increases but the LP don't change.

In short, yes, there is a LP cap.

This is how much you can get for lvl 4 missions in highsec:
8539.
You get this for many of the hard missions, exactly this ammount.

I run level 4 missions in sahtogas a 0.3 system quality 20 agent. i have skills trained to lvl 4 for him and i get about 10-11 lp max. i think ucan cget 12lp possable

What? 2.5k compared to 8-10k!
I have to change agents, but where are all the high Q, high level
agents. Still in Empire and very few in low sec where I am....

From my experience, LP amount depends more on the system security,
than Q if agent.
Find an agent in lowest acceptable security (0.5 for high sec), and you
will get more LPs

The agent in question is in 0.1!

Yes, 8.5k is a big diffrence to 2.5k - and you do the same work for it, in the same area of danger. Train the 2 special connection skills that suit your agent up to 5, get a lvl 4 q 18 agent in a 0.5 system (evry race has at least 1 such an agent, you just have to search) and no longer will you get such a lousy lp payment for the same work.

FWIW, I got a lvl4 q-18 agent in a 0.6 system, the maximum points I get from him is slightly over 2900 (can't remember exactly). I get that exact same amount of points from all the high-end missions (blockade, AE, etc.). So yes there seems to be somekind of limit to LP's per mission.
AFAIK at least the following affect the LP received.
Agent level
Agent quality
System security
The 'special' connection skills
Negotiation skill

I hope you talk about courier missions? :)
or is quality "-14", ie negative?
