Wow. Just what this game needed, more gankbears in low-sec . More PVE-fitted targets at no increased risk to them.
And now that there will be zero isk coming in from missions, where will the isk be pumped into the game from? So everyone will have loots and stuff, but no isk to trade for?

Originally by: Bellum Eternus All the high sec carebears are whining because their multi-billion ISK/week industry is coming to an end. They don't want the removal of their solo AFK mission whoring with zero risk and 100% guaranteed payout.
CCP removed instas and introduced warp to 0km. The carebears rejoiced at their new found safety. Now it's switching the other way a bit (heck, they're still getting a HUGE buff to NPC missions, I don't know what they're whining about) and they're crying like babies.
You must be one of those that never runs missions, but somehow feel your opinion must be validated on the subject
I just love it when your type post that missions make "billions and billions of isk per week" because it just shows your ignorance on the subject.
Why don't you go first run missions in high sec for a couple of weeks and then come tell us how many billions and billions can you make. Oh, but that's right, you won't do it because they're boring. It's so much easier to sit in your ass and talk out of it

Oveur,
The problem with low sec is that no one is interested in PVP there, unless you want to call attacking miners and missioners PVP. It's more of a PvV (Player vs. Victim) Fest. It would be awesome if players themselves could be enticed into protecting low sec, but as it stands, anyone even attempting to play the sheriff takes a HUGE security hit themselves. And before I get the "...But if they're -5/lower you can attack..." reply, these aren't "pirates" operating in low sec. These are the rejects that can't cut it in 0.0 or high sec, gankbears looking for PvV that as soon as their security drops recede into carebearing again.
How cool would it be if bounty hunters could freely hunt the hunters and perhaps even get paid as an incentive. A system where low sec could be locked down by corporations and be able to charge a "tax" to the mission runners and miners there. Perhaps the tax can be controlled so that it isn't enough for an alliance to be interested in the potential revenue but enough for smaller local corporations to interest themselves in patrolling the area. This tax can be made automatic just as regular corp tax is regulated by an automatic internal program. If this is what you more-or-less have in mind, it may actually work.
Actually, thinking a bit further on this, the low-sec systems with the least amount of pirate aggressions could be allowed to charge a larger tax percentage collected from the mission runners and miners and given to the local corporation responsible for the system's security. In turn, the carebears that want very little to do with PVP can just "shop" around for a system with few incidents and high tax to run their missions or mine. This may be a win/win situation. It also encourages corps to WANT to secure low sec, since they will make extra cash from the taxes there. Feedback?

Dude! Excellent idea! The hell with these players we say! Let them stay in empire and do nothing but flick boogers on the ceiling. Soon enough they'll get the point that we don't want their money .
Don't you have territory to go defend?

I am not sure what part of adding low-sec content hurts high sec mission runners, who will be getting plenty of new missions with the proposed changes.
But if you think that inflation doesnt affect us folks out in low-sec and 0.0, you are sorely mistaken.
I don't think anyone is complaining about new content being added to low sec. The problem is that level 4 missions in high sec are being dumbed down to a status of level 3ish missions, forcing people to low sec if they want to continue doing level 4 missions.

Originally by: Damien Smith No one's stopping people running missions in high sec, it's just that the free meal ticket everyone's been getting with the current lvl 4 system is getting fixed. You want the uber loots? Then risk your arse to get them like everyone else. You want complete safety? Then play in high sec with the noobs. You can't have both.
Damien, I remember your corp from when my corp was just composed by mostly new member industrialists. It's really ironic to hear you speak of "free meals being fixed", considering that your corp is one of the griefer corps operating in high sec by war-deccing noobs. It doesn't surprise me to see you defend the move of high sec missions to low sec, considering that it's a "free meal" to you. The response I got from your corp at the time as to why my newbie corp was decced is "Because we can".
Your type are the ones looking for easy meals and easy targets without ANY RISK whatsoever. You guys don't even PVP. You look for new players to feed your epeen. I don't expect you to change your opinion on the matter. I write this so that people can see how hypocritical YOU and the rest of your immature "L33T" friends of yours are.

You're thinking of Turbulent Subversion, who while having a similar name, have no affiliation with our corp. They're a mercenary corp so that's probably the case with the wardeccing and all.
Damien, my sincerest apologies. You are correct. I should have checked my Concord evemails before opening my trap . I get too emotional on these forums sometimes and lose all logic and sense.
