while running a cap simulation for a maelstrom on quickfit, i appears that it had a horrendously low recharge rate. could someone tell me more?

lol, i hosted the wrong picture, i should have hosted the sized down sig, but in hosted the mug shot i had taken to do the sig... Not a clever mistake...well, the proper one is on the way.

k, thx
the reason i fit the 2 SBA is so that i dont have to shield boost as often, c0s with my skills, i get almost 1000hp per boost (every 4 sec) so before i run out of cap, my shields will be back to 100% :D

This is a PvE setup, hopefully lvl4 comptible in a small team (the reason why i have a shield maintenance bot).

i prefer long range setups.
minmy have the longest range weps, so i use them.

lol, rokh is HELPLESS alone against small opposition.
it is a long range fleet support boat.
+ i wont forsake my own ship tree before i can fly all its ships. after that, i might think about it. but i still doubt i would change.

damn, i really offended some people out there... :)
anyway, i am not moaning about the mael, i was asking wether other people encountered the same problem, and what they did to solve it.
isnt the mael too slow to be a usefull short range ship?
