We, of Bastages Inc, have finally found the holy grail. Others have done it before us, but after an untold amount of time pirating we have finally been graced with that allmighty of loot.... a tech two BPO. Oh how we have tried for this, how we have waited.
First, the story.
Our standard gate camp, in our standard region with our standard insulting behavior making TS2 a playground for abuse. Suddenly, a call comes... 'Bustard on scan, jumping to you.'
Well goody!
We do that thing we do, and soon enough the fine logging pilot is dead regardless and we are boggling at a killmail that only a BoB alt industry corp can supply.
Well ****, may as well loot the thing.
TS 1: 'Wow... thats uh, a lot of BPOS...'
TS 2 & 3 & 4 & 5 & 6 & 7 (in unison): 'Any T2?'
TS: 'No clue, my comp is lagging as there are so many'
TS 2: 'DON'T TOY WITH US!'
TS 1: 'omg a t2 bpo!'
TS 2: 'FINALLY! What one?'
TS 1: 'ECM Burst 2.'
TS: <depressed silence>
Here's some of the other destroyed items (We didn't bother to ask him if they were BPOs or not, but knowing our luck - they were.)

And a helpin on your own.
Hope you got producers, unless you just plan to sell. Nice catch, and I like this post because it isn't long and boring, as well as it encourages me to gatecamp, showing there can be results (even if not T2 BPOs, results).

Battleclinic estimated the kill at being worth 15bil.
But battleclinic has trouble pricing BPOs properly, so YMMV.

The path of the gate camper is a dark one as all will hate those who prey on the space pinata as much as the coad forum hates those who shall not be named.

Well, because CCP loves us the majority of the ship BPs got destroyed and we got uh, every other Tech1 BPC known to man (Thank god we got the warp core stab bpo! /sarcasm). You can see in the battleclinic link above that he was quite full.. of pretty much everything.

O how depressing it was, of all those ship BPO's the only ones we got were Itty mkIV, Vigil, Incursus, and a Thorax. As they were all BPO's i'm guessing all the battleships ones were too. 
Anyways we got several t1 mod bpos and just about every rig bpo out there, as well as most drone bpo's.
I guess the game hates us as all the stuff that would have been "USEFULL" to us, the battleship BPO's, was blowed up

I've always been taught that it's best to fly BPOs of any kind in an interceptor or HAC. so long as its fast and survivable. You know... not like you need room for em.

You would think that with the nano/istab issue atm, people would use, oh I dunno, an ungodly agile ship to move stuff?
It can't be that hard to have a ship that turns and warps instantly can it?
Hell, I put 4 istabs and a nano on my NH once for fun and it was like flying a giant crow.

What's your proof that it was a BoB alt industrial corp? Or is it simply from the fact that there were so many bpos and no one except the all-mighty BoB could possibly purchase them all?
I just see a few folks above jumping up and down like you downed a BoB ship. But you don't say you did.
