Yeah, forgot about that. I'm looking at being up for the last 38 hours, so brain isn't functioning at 100%.  I was thinking deadspace mods for some reason.

Use a blops and covert cynos, 99.99% safe if you also use ECCM and MJD.

I know for sure I have seen the ammo and I'm pretty sure the weapons in highsec LP stores with generic NPC corporations.

1. buy BPOs in HS with an alt.
2. fly it in a shuttle all the way to staging (gankers are stoopid, I fly dozens of bills of stuff right under their nose yet they only care for freighters)
3. get JF alt to move the BPOs from HS to LS with a cloaky hauler.
4. Jump.
Problem solved.
0.0 is safe.
LS is safe.
