Regarding Character sales.
Everything the character owns will be transferred with the character, however...
You cannot sell these items with the character - that is, you cannot inflate the price or say that you are selling the items along with the character. The only exceptions to this are:
1. Implants (inluding implants currently in Jump clones (screen shot to be included in the post preferrably as scams in the character bazaar are not allowed, so no saying 'I have 10 bil of implants in my clones' when you dont))
2. Skins - again, preferably a screenshot showing the skins on your toon.
Anything outside these 2 items is basically stuff you are giving free when you transfer the character and cannot even be listed in your Bazarr post.
The transfer process is as follows::
1. You agree a price with someone - either on the bazaar forum or through eve mails - basically this acts as a written record regarding the price of the transfer. (note that the character being transferred MUST be in an NPC corp at the time of the initial posting on the bazaar, and until the transfer process has been set in motion - you cannot transfer a toon if it is not in an NPC corp)
2. The buyer sends ISK to the character being purchased, along with the account NAME that they want the character transferred to (preferably via eve-mail)
3. You then transfer that ISK to one of your main characters - if you forget to do so, CCP will reimburse this as they dont want people getting a toon PLUS their ISK back.
4. You then stop the training queue on the character you sold (cant be transferred with an active skill queue)
5. If you are transferring the toon using PLEX, your character needs to have 2 PLEX in the REDEEMING system - not in its inventory - buy or give it 2 PLEX, right click on them and select 'return to redeem items'
6. Log out of your account and log into eve account management.
7. Go to Services > Character transfer
8. Select the character to be transferred and type the name of the account that the character is being sent to.
9. You will then be taken to the payment page. Either input your credit card details, or select the (almost hidden) option below the CC details that says 'Select alternate Payment method' - this will then allow you to select the PLEX in the redeem items for the payment.
Once finished, the person you are sending the toon to will receive an email from CCP saying they have received a character transfer and will be able to access teh character in 10 hours.
You have now done all the work you need to do.
When you try and log in, you will still see the character on your login screen, but will not be able to log in to it.
After 10 hours have passed, the character will disappear from your account and be available for the other person on their account. |
