I nominate the Minmatar Republic and the Gallente Federation, who have been dating for years!
I think the celebrity couple name is "Millente." They are often cavorting together in secret, stealing lovelorn glances at each other from across the table. Probably time they were more open about their illicit affairs, since they aren't fooling anyone anymore....
