I offer to publish in this topic links (or names) of the useful chat-channels in EVE Online (canGÇÖt find any similar topic).
This channel base could be useful both to new players and to veterans. ThatGÇÖs why I also request moderators/administrators to stick this topic and make it favourite.
Some rules for publication of any chat-channel:
1)Link-name of the channel.
2)Short description of the channel, purpose, specifications and rules.
3)Mark if channel moderated or not.
4)Open or closed channel. If closed, what the access password, who is responsible for the access and passage.
5)Common language of the channel.
Attention! Recruiting channels of the corporation will be deleted. Please, guys, you have specific and dedicated for this role sub-forum!
In time the list will be sorted by categories!
After this list will be fulfilled, more or less, I offer to Administrators , integrate somehow this list to the game!
List of the chat-channels of EVE Online:
1) IT Coffee Shop
- Independent Trading Channel - IT Coffee Shop. Exclusively for manufacturers, traders, mining corporations, haulers, salvagers and for those who need something to buy, to sell or to produce! Make contacts or just discuss professional matters!
- Moderated, but no pressure. No trolls and spammers.
- Open for public channel.
- Common language: English.

That thread is for the player made language channels to replace the CCP endorsed language channels. If you'd actually read the thread, you would know that. The OP is, clearly, trying to create a repository for resourceful chat channels for the community that are not language-based.
That said. . .
1. Help Chat - Reloaded
2. Help channel for newbros, returning players and vets. Get help, make friends, chew the fat.
3. Lightly moderated
4. Open channel
5. English (I'm bilingual English-Spanish, most active between 1pm and 1am EST)

Is not the same as just - Help - chat channel listed in game list of channels?
Common folks, be active! I know there are a lot of useful pro channel and channels of different communities in EVE. |

Common folks, be active! I know there are a lot of useful pro channel and channels of different communities in EVE.
It's not the same channel. Help reloaded is smaller,more personnel and being kept an eye on by moderators most of the time. Due to less traffic random conversations with the new players are easier.
Will include some channels you can add in a minute.

Pirates often have a bad reputation in EVE, and sometimes it can be hard to find help or get pointers if you want to become one.
Channel name; Belligerent Undersirables
Support and help dealing with depression and similar
If you are worried that a future corp may be judgmental of any psychological distress you may be going trough I would advice you to check out the channel Broadcast for Reps. This is a channel where EVE players can support each other by listening or sharing their own experiences.
Channel name; Broadcast4Reps
You got blown up and want to know what you did wrong (thanks goes to J'Poll)
A channel where you can receive general advice and help on your ship fitting and how to efficiently use your ship.
Channel name; I BLEW UP

No, not the same.
This channel was started by another player who has been playing for a while who wanted to create a place for Rookies to get help that wasn't so clustered and fast-moving like the Rookie Help channel is without all the intense rules and moderation. We like to keep it relaxed in HCR. |

Please, check if I put the correct names for the channels. It would be nice if you could add the links to topics or webpages of the channels that you recommend. |
