Hellmar	Posted - 2003.12.17 06:04:00 - [3] Just log in normally, it only says create account as you have clean cache and the fresh install doesn't know you have logged in before. Don't panic, just login as normal.

Odds are that you have not established an internet connection, the server isn't running, or the server address or port number was wrong.
