I think i heard reports of Redswarm hauling their stuff back to empire already. They're gonna surrender tonight. I'm absolutly sure.

Fielding huge fleets is not cheating. If you can prove anything beyond that feel free to do so ... with your main plz.

Most people consider Eve client modifications cheating.
Tbh this doesn't look like client modification. It rather looks like replacemant of pictures. I don't know if the client verifies pictures in cache. I highly doubt so since it would be horrible database load. This is not cheating exactly. Althoug i admit it could be used to gain sort of advantage in some situations.

As is said this is NOT a client modification. The client does to not verify the portraits. The reason for this is: checking all portraits would mean extreme database load whenever anyone jumps. Or the other way around it would take like half an hour to log in. Noone wants that so content of cache folder is not verified. This means you can remove any portrait from your cache folder to reduce loading time in heavily crowded systems. But it also means you can replace them with whatever you want. You just gotta make sure the client can render them. And if the portraits where meant to be verified on jump, what if a hostile fleet decides to change their portraits before attacking you? This would cause your client to download like several hundreds of portraits in worst case. So what's worse? Lagging out for CCP earning bucks on this or just leave it the way it is?
