Is it intended behaviour that I can not edit the skill queue on a character that is not actively training?
I have one character that is actively training, and another character which I'm doing the daily opportunity with. I want to allocate the bonus SP to a different skill than the one that is first on the list, but the game no longer lets me save the changes to the skill queue.
What used to happen:
- Make changes to the skill queue
- Click "Apply"
- EVE will tell me that another character is currently training
- Changes to the skill queue are saved anyway
What actually happens now:
- Make changes to the skill queue
- Click "Apply"
- EVE will tell me that another character is currently training
- EVE pops up a window suggesting I buy PLEX to activate multiple character training
- Dismissing the in-game advertisement does not apply the skill queue changes
If I try closing the skill queue window, the same thing happens:
- Make changes to the skill queue
- Click the "X" window button to close the skill queue
- EVE will tell me that another character is currently training
- Skill queue window stays open
Is it intended behaviour that I can not close the skill queue window without paying for a facility that I do not want?

I'm having the same problem. Even without trying to apply skillpoints, just moving the order in which a few things are trained, I find that I can't save the changes. Even after going through all the rigmarole described by the OP, the only way to close the window is to discard my changes.
Hopefully this is just an oversight that will soon be remedied, as having to log out that character and then log in another, especially with the new launcher that's so slow, just to pause that training, then log back to the other just so the Apply button works, then log out there again and back to the other to resume training there then log then out there and back to the first... cue Benny Hill music. |
