Totally agree m8, its yet again what makes EVE the unique gaming experience. Last week-end was in Camden Town, and just happened to meet a fellow gamer. He'd never heard of MMOs  though he was an avid RTS man. After a while I started to explain what the deal was, and of course if you're talking to the converted then you're as well to pick the cherry on top of the icing that graces the cake, so began to enlighten the dude about EVE, and explained a little about the current war. Suffice to say I'm looking for some commision from CCP for converting YET ANOTHER bystander into a paying vealot to the Jihad, or Crusade, or as I prefer...The Cleansing!

For everyone suggesting something along the lines of Eve War 1. WWI wasn't world war one till the second world war.
The great war is what it is imo.
Then again rock 'em sock 'em alliance pew pew would be a better name.

Sorry, but I had "The super fluffy amazingly happy joy joy shabadoo incident" in my mind from day 1.
