So I updated to the new launcher, but I lost all settings (I watched the video posted somewhere on the forum!
The strange thing is, that in my old folders, the caches are bugged or something like that! I didnt delete anything yet. Is there a way to securely restore all my settings for all my accounts?
Greetings |

On Windows, clicking the E icon in the top right corner brings up a drop down menu (on Mac, it's up on the menu bar as the View menu) - select Client Settings... This brings up a dialog that allows you to migrate any settings profiles from previous installations.

That's the problem, it wont show. I already navigated to the folder where the settings are (or were) saved, and all folders are empty... |

I just fixed the same issue for myself, it maybe something different for you.
I went to the menu drop down top right corner, selected client settings which brings up the profile migration box, although I had copied across the settings as the wizard took me through, there was a 'default' profile above it on the right side.
It appeared to be taking priority so I removed the default, leaving the filepath one to my old settings in place, logged in and I'm back to old client settings. |

THANK YOU!!! I'd just upgraded and was confronted by this as well. There doesn't seem to be a way to prioritize the client settings, so I removed the default profile and was back to my preferred settings once I reloaded.
CCP Snorlax, ISP, could we sticky this one? I imagine this question will come up a lot. |
