Well tomorrow my subscription will run out on both my accounts, this as a result of latest Dev incident and how CCP handled this incident in the aftermath.
There are threads about this so I won't go much more into this.
Anyway I will use this chance to say bye to my corpmates in Nordic Freelancers inc (who I where CEO of for 2 years) and wish them good luck in the future.
I also want to say bye to the other friends I have in the game some real life friends (who I ofcourse will see in real life as well) and other I made friends ingame and I hope will stay in touch maybe in other games as well.
The guys in Uphallant who where a great bunch of guys, Turbulent who always where trying to down my missionships .. and eventually actually managed it  (almost twice!!!!)
I also want to wish the part who fights against BoB(and friends) good luck with the fight.. I really hope you will succede.
It is with a heavy heart I actually leave a game I love to play and have loved for the past 3 years, and I use the only vote I actually have to try and get CCP to do the right thing and that is by cancel my accounts.
There really is no other MMORPG that can compare to EVE in gameplay, but as things are now my friends (and enemies if I have any  ) can find me in WoW on stormreaver with same nick, and hopefully by the end of this year in Age of Conan ...
And NO, none of you guys gets my stuff... reason is that I MIGHT come back if I see the needed changes come true.

So basically you on strike ?
See the problem is that a strike achieve's no actual result in the end as well you need numbers to strike, the more numbers the better chances of getting a result.
But in any case, its sad to see you go (dont know you) but well in the end if striking is the only way you feel you can "impact" Eve and Eve's developers then well.... youve missed the plot!

The reason is really very simple. The topic about Bob, devs and cheats have been outdebated for a long time with a billion of posts. Just as many threads have been locked too. Its time to move on. Its a closed case! And it should now stay burid!
If someone wants to leave over it, go on. But dont come here with the garbage anymore. There are players here who wants to move on, and let the case rest! As also ordered by the CCP.

I respect your integrity. "Putting your money where your mouth is..." or in this case NOT putting your money here anymore.
As for the people berating him for his decision...... they are of only two kinds. Those that do because they are too stupid to see that there is a serious flaw in the balance of EVE's playingfield and those that do because they know it and are benefitting by that imbalance. Neither of these positions are worthy of a response from him.
As an avid gameplayer of some years (wargames since 1965 and computer sims since 1975) and as someone who has played EVE for over a year and just resubscribed to EVE for another year, I HOPE CCP IS TAKING NOTICE OF HIS OPINION. If the T2 BPO/BOD CARTEL is not broken by CCP rebalancing the deathgrip they have given their "Pets" in this game, I too and others like me will be out of that door you speak of. I have chosen to give CCP another year to work things out, but if they don't......BUB-BYE.
And no, you can't have my stuff either, so don't ask.

I doubt your views are going to have any effect on what people have fought and died for.
There seem to be lots of posts which are nothing more than smack talk. Given that the forums allow smack talk adinfinitum - it seems a bit rich to me.
I also seem to see your post coming up frequently through out these topics.
The topic of BoD (Made me laugh my socks off), CCP and Devs is taken seriously by a lot of people. If you don't have any respect for that view it's not as though you haven't stated it plenty of times.
Like anything, if you don't want to read hit the X in the top right hand corner, you don't have to reply.
I also happen to know a fair number of people that have cancelled over this issue. I take their view in preference to yours simply because they are my friends. I only see your view on the forums, I don't know anyone taking your position. Some people are indifferent to it because they don't see the issue as effecting them, but they at least respect the others views.
I see the loss of friends with some regret and sadness - I will miss those people and I doubt if they can be replaced.
