Hi
It would be nice if there was an up-to-date changelog for the test server. The patch-notes are almost always behind the test server, and often it is even behind the live server.
Notice that I said changelog and not patch notes, so that you don't have to write it manually, but can just use whatever your version control system can generate.

This request would be even more valid at this point, with all the new features popping in and out of the test server build. Like:
Example:
2007-05-29
- Probing of cloaks have been disabled because .......
2007-05-28
- Prototype and Improved cloaks can now be found with scan probes
- Changed the obiting range of the 'Dread Guristas Annihilator'
... and many more things...

Are you talking about something that generates the changelog from your version control system. Or just a one time written changelog of what is there?

We¦ve asked million times for such changelogs since launch of Eve, and severals Devs and BH¦s have tried to step in (for example here: http://myeve.eve-online.com/updates/intesting.asp) but nearly every effort was a very short success, because nobody has time to write manual changelogs for every patch.
Because of this an automatic system would be great, but I don¦t know, if this is possible...
