What: Modulated Strip Miner II BPO (T2)
Where: Close to Jita (0.5+) but I can probably deliver anywhere within "safe" Empire space.
ME/PE: 0/0 (I've just acquired it)
Starting price: 999mil
Reserve: Hidden
Auction ends: 6 days from now
Sniping rule: 15 minutes
