Hello and welcome.
The time has come for me to sell my main character, my love and joy for the past few years. Although I have not been actively playing with her for a year or so, I've kept the skills in training, hoping to come back to EVE one day. Sadly, however, I am forced to sell her instead because I am now moving to a different country and will have neither time nor will to spend time in EVE.
 She is a true combat Caldari, with no SP waisted in Industry and Science. She is fully capable of flying Caldari Dreadnoughts, Carriers (both Chimera and Wyvern), Battleships, Recon, Intys and Covops. Give gher another 27 days and she'll be able to get into a Leviathan.
She's mostly been in carebear and NPC corps, so she's got no history in EVE politics and 0.0 warfare. 1.7 Security Status.
64 Skills at Level 5. Detailed skill info.
Attributes (with a full set of +5 implants):
Intelligence: 26
Charisma: 17
Perception: 28
Memory: 22
Willpower: 26
Assets:
I have no time to strip the character of assets so I've decided to sell her with them. The assets include numerous T2 and named items, a LOT of minerals, 5 or 6 Ravens spread out on different stations, 1 CNR in Jita, 50 or so other ships (frigs, recon, inty and covops) and about 150 shuttles  . Here's a screenie of the assets window.
Due to the fact that I am leaving country on tuesday, the auction will be a short one, starting now and ending tomorrow (Sunday) at 20:00 EVE time. Also, I have no idea what the prices for the characters are these days and I'm just guessing here, so if my starting bid is too high, please tell me.
Starting Bid is 5b.
Increments will be 500m.

FYI the 7.5b 'ingame bid' posted by the seller was a bogus bid. I made an ingame buyout offer yesterday of 7.5b. The seller should not have bumped this thread by posting it as a bid. Needless to say, I'm out

With just under 3 hours left, I'll consider the 13b buyout offer sent in-game as the conditional final (meaning that unless someone offers more before 22:00 EVE time, I'll sell it for that price).

Edit: I dont know if there is meant to be a sniper rule or not in this auction. Im going to assume a 5 minute sniper applies since its silly not to have a sniper on an auction like this

The seller told me the winner couldnt get the money by tuesday and the other person wasnt online. After I transfered the cash I was told the character could not leave their current corp until the next day. The character was not transfered yesterday and I have now petitoned to get my money back.(paticularly as the seller has said they are leaving the country today)

According to his post i was the winner, i had the isk no problem. I was ingame after the server reboot but he hasnt answered my mails. I didnt send any isk though.
Hope your petiton comes through.
