I've usually seen both gist and pith at similar prices. But you know I'm right if you think about it. The last level of Angel Extravaganza hits you for over 1000dps, and even with a permaboost setup you cannot tank that much damage solo, even if you're boosting 1k every 4 seconds. You can't kill enough hostiles to hold on either, which is why you have to do the mission in two or three warp outs. Sure, the dude is a novice and paid for his stuff with RL money, but that dosen't alter the fact that it's still impossible to make an invulnerable mission running config, so give the dude some slack, especially in face of the bugs everyone posting on this thread know exist in the game. Let him whine, it's justified. I boost 1200+, and I can't hold Angels Extravaganza level six without a warp out with a ship 1b isk better equipped than the OP on full boost, and it can boost 30k hitpoints with full capacitance before it finally runs out (3 t1 ccc rigs). With lag the easier missions become killers, so I know the OP, even if he is noobish, isn't being a pushover. Gamecode most likely screwed him over, has happened to me 3 times with normal ravens.

it is possible to do angel extra solo, i did it twice today. cap goes down to about one third lowest. the battlecruisers and destroyers add insane dps. but i use a gist-x xl boost, estamel amp and 3 pith-x hardeners, 1 dread invul. resists >> boost especially with less cap on the gist sb.

i'm pretty sure one day i'll lose it to lag too and cry for a week hehe. don't think i would replace it. i'd rather get a drake and rat in 0.0 for just 100m.
