I hope Daniel sees this I do feel for him, as I had the same "problum" and couldn't play for several days (it happened to me when they patched way back in May), it sucked.

Daniel Jackson. it is a Zonealarm problem. althought it is disabled, it is well know to leave some sneaky stuff in the background. it has detected that the 'eve software' has 'changed' and it taking security measures because of this. Solution: 1) Disable all of Zonealartm 2) UNINSTALL zone alarm 3) Check eve and all other internet software works 4) reinstall zonealarm and configure. done.

TekRa	Posted - 2003.12.19 01:03:00 - [57] updating the graphics drivers isn't the solution to everything although most programs worked fine on my box with catalyst 3.8 drivers, I updated to 3.9 when i bought bf1942 and it was all screwy, seems downgrading to 3.7 fixed all my graphics problems, (with bf42 anyway) and eve still looks fine. Oh, and whats the prob with ZAP anyway? i've had it a while and it seems an OK program to me. I had that error code 65 once before, but it 'fixed itself' when I restarted my box/router. Just some weird glitch I thought. > With the lights out it's less dangerous.
