This was in my bio when I purchased the character from the Character Bazaar around 2009. I never removed it. I have nothing against the Goons personally, but the quote did give me a good chuckle, so I left it as a testament to the former owner. While not the funniest, it's gotten a few chuckles from corp mates and others throughout my time in New Eden.
