its the same principles if you have the power to build ships and then EXPLOIT customers through monopalising the market therefore it is an exploit and it shouldnt happen because trading standards(CCP) should say.. you cant sell that for that price.. much like the real world.. who wants to buy my bread for 500 quid each slice because i own all the bread in the world!
EVE is a free universe and abusing power is ligit gameplay. Some day invention for the hulk gets fixed. Before Revelations there was no invention at all and people had to live with the prices, too. ___________ Muuuhhh !!! |

Because they wouldn't sell any (or not many anyway) at that price. Duh.
just like the hulk then?
They sell the hulks they produce sooner or later at that price. That's the point. Production speed is limited, BPOs are limited, so they can only produce a fixed number each week and they sell at the best price. They can sell them all for 600mil/unit, because players pay that much. ___________ Muuuhhh !!! |

not that I have a hulk bpo... but I would probley squeeze the competition out by lowering the sell price (after all, it cost only 50 mill or so to build a hulk..)
Wouldn't work, because tech-2 production times are long and you can't satisfy the demand with one BPO. The other producers could still sell their stuff for their price. The only thing that would happen is that you waste money, maybe just to resellers. ___________ Muuuhhh !!! |
