if a agent offer me a mission and i dont cancel it or accept it. after 24 hours passed... i got a email... mission Offer expired... BUT now even if i delete it.. every time i see my journal.. for mission ofers i get the same email over and over again...
+ i lose standing with every email... was 4.1 now 3.8
i m stoping playing until is fixed...

Yeah, I got 76 mails from the same guy about the same mission ... I thought that was bad, till a guy came into the Help channel screaming in panic about his two THOUSAND mission-expired notes...

I logged on now and found 175 evemails awaiting me from the same level. Can you say spam? Can you say standing lost every evemail? I'm not joking if you still don't believe me. And agent is still sending me evemails every minute or so. Of course telling me I suck. |

This happens to me also - I've received more than 2.000 evemails from different agents. Some of my standings are at -10.0 now.
All my work is gone.

i thinks the solution for now is correct the standing again, wipe evry body's mission log. and cap only for ignoring agent's when it works my corp member lost more then 10 standing points with the pace lane patrol, and when my ignored mission comming in

Glad im not the only one to have suffered this. Surely they are going to have to reset affected standings? Anyone had a reply to a /petition yet?

They have said that affected standings will be fixed; exactly how, I'm not clear on, but it's going to be a universal fix rather than taking each individual, calculating his standing loss, and restoring it.

Hopefully the fact they are taking their time over it means it will be fixed this time round.
40 hours of agent missions/research time lost due to this so far, with no sign of a fix anytime soon |

OMG, I checked my 3 lvl3 agents before I had to go to work and none had a mission I would have time to do before work, so I just left them without accepting..after reading this and a few other threads it seems I will have lost all my lvl3 agents when back from work..again..
I could understand this if each agent had more than 1 mission to choose from of varius difficlty that you had to pick 1 but as it is now and you can't tell that you will do it but later it's just crap...
As it is now I can't check my agents offers at less than 3h before (to be somewhat sure you have to have 1h per agent) I go to bed/work as I will be forced to do them all or I'm screwed.
Even if I only use 1 agent I must be sure not to check what mission the agent has to offer 60 minutes before I log off, so in worst case if the mission I get is a 5-10 minutes one I will lose 55-50 minutes gaming time as my char is a dedicated mission char and can't do much else.
That means for a normal person, dedicated to missions like me, that works/school, eats normaly and sleeps sometimes, there will be like 4-5 h of gaming time each day where no missions are possible as the chance of not making them in time and lose standing is at high risk. So 6-8h work/school, 5-7h sleep and 1-2h for food...+ 4-5h of bad time doing missions ... Not many hours left for mission on work/school days I say.
Me not like 
Realy think this needs a rework and that soon...

My advice. Do what I did, cut out the eating and sleeping parts. You can catch sleep at work if you're good, prop your head on your hand and have your work up on the monitor.
Seriously though, hopefully the "Offered" missions security hits will become either minute or non-existant. B/c i do the same as you, check what the agents want done, if there's anything for a good reward, or a quick missions, i might do it before i log.

On a note from those that have posted on the npc spamming; I have read what some people have wrote saying they lose standing each time they recieve a message.
Does anybody have any more information on this, or whether it was patched? As it is, i have about 1300-1400 messages from my agent and another 700 already deleted. I wasn't hit with security myself.

The penalty for turning down a mission appears to have been reduced to very nearly zero - at least, it was for the two i had to turn down. Whereas ignoring the mission offer and letting it expire, WILL hurt.

I had "some" of my standings replaced. But not enough to get my agent back..

Hmmm, i only had one agent affected and that agent hasnt changed her somewhat lowly opinion of me at all. Anybody else not had theirs reset yet?

Sorry to keep dragging this up but it seems to have all gone quiet on the replacing-lost-standings-front. My petition was met with the response of "this has been fixed now", which is fair enough, but said nothing of replacing lost standings. My follow up is so far unanswered.
Anybody else still not had their standings fixed?

The issue's not lost, we just haven't been able to pull it off yet. This is part of the "bumpy ride for the next few days" we promised you.
I can't promise when it'll be fixed. As soon as humanly possible, but the humans involved are rather frail at the moment.
