Are implants still given out by normal agents, or did they move them to research agents?

But has anyone gotten an implant since patch?
I was expecting them to be rarer now that agents have other things they can give you instead.
Also the new social skill might actually make charisma implants wort something

A Gallente agent gave me a social implant last night as a bonus reward - but not done any missions since the agent fix last night / this morning. |

I got an implant mission this morning and did the mission but I didn't get the implant or anything :/ just the colleteral back ?? <sigh>

What agent were you doing the mission for? Worked fine for me when I tested it.

Zrakor, here is the name of the agent that didn't give me an implant.
Gang Lullikia, Frarn system, Brutor Tribe.

In response to the original question: I received an implant just now from my humble agent. I don't even have a research agent.
It was the same implant I always get.
