As of today Dusk and Dawn has opened the Jump Clone facilities of the Station "D2 Pure Blind EC Emilys Revenge" located in the EC-P8R to the public.
If you can dock(*) you can purchase a Jump Clone

The holding corp which manages the outpost does not have negative standings set. Alliance standings does not apply to docking, so yes hostiles can dock and purchase a jump clone

If D¦ are not completly retarded (and i assume this is true since most are my countrymen ) they will make a fortune from docking fees.
Although the best part of this will be that pure blind will once again turn into a massive gankland!
