Bunch of new and inexperienced corps joined, I can imagen the leadership has largely changed as well, filled up with people who have no clue about the history of the region or Y's founding corps. Oh well, it's time to remove the old and get a new alliance in Cloud Ring. Bye, old friends.

Alot of ex NORAD corps are **ed about the polarization within RISE between how FA corps treat old NORAD corps. and RONIN is formed. RONIN then war dec RISE. Sounds about right.
