It's funny. I remember when RISE went to CR, were napped and -YW- was friendly, and then *boom* -YW- + Outbreak turned on RISE..

We got informed by a 3rd party, but we decided to let DVRN move thier suff out,
so that they can bring some ships to fight.Quite ez. I realy dont care about em.

Are you saying that D2 for no reason 5-6 days ago decided, right in the middle of the biggest war Eve has ever seen and for absolutly no reason, to hire mercs to attack another "Blue" entity?
YouWhat intentions to join the war on BoBs side were made public in a thread on CAOD last Friday, Perhaps the decision to Hire DVRN was made when they recieved Intel that YouWhat were preparing to attack them and their allies.
That seems a far more likely scenerio, given that to deliberatly drive YouWhat into a war on the opposing side would be so far fetched that not Even a wek old noob would buy it.

I'm pretty sure its been obvious for a while that YouWhat would side with BoB, so I'm guessing D2 had the contract ready for when you declared war. Its called being prepared. The contract was probably "In the event YouWhat go to war with D2... " etc...
This was no surprise, D2 just did a bit of forward thinking.
Also I'm guessing you've been discussing going to war for a while now, and we all know theres spys/sympathisers in virtually every alliance in eve. Due to your history, which I'm not absolutly sure about, but I know you've had some form of tension with D2, you probably have a few spies...

ItÆs amazing how people forget things...
Our agreement with YW was:
1: We would be able to npc/mine anywhere but xzh
2: We would not anchor posÆs within 2 jumps of station systems
3: We would do the occasional job for them as payment for our residencyà they never contacted us.
4: When if ever we accepted a contract on YW we would leave the region completely and reset standings.
5: When contract was complete we could return to CR and continue to npc/mine
This was LCÆs original agreement we abided by it 100%
Don't take it personal its just business.

It sounds like you have forgotten your faction fitted Nighthawk lossm and the CNR loss was to a non PVP'r who is now out of the corp.
Incase anyone wants to know, Distun got war decced because he is ganking mission runners - he takes their cans to become red and then hope for agression. Very lame.

as far as fame failing us we accepted for the price we did due to this being our 1st large contract since reforming and the promise of more work in the future.
Higgous' and Jolinars comments were point on. We never agreed to accept any contracts against Youwhat nor did we ask to be accepted to Youwhat and we fully abided by our part of the agreement that gave us resident status.
Most of the people posting here are speaking on hearsay and voicing thier own opinions of what happened and why.

He was war decced because he was ganking mission runners by looting their cans to become flashing red and hoping for agression. Extremely low tactics IMO. The CNR was one of our non PVP'ers and is no longer even in the corp.

Sorry, don't think there was one faction item on that NH.And all my fights were at least 1 vs 3 while I got none of you undocked if you were less than 3.However,it's been a very profitable war for me.

I honestly can't complain about the YW guys, they were typically willing to fight us as long as they had decent numbers. However, I didn't expect them to go and do some sucky sucky to get on BoB's side. We had some awesome fights vs. them involving carriers, so I honestly can't complain other than them being bob *****es now (*****=female canines)

- which promised to never accept a contract vs Y?
- which requested to apply to Y
- which accepted merc contract vs Y a few days ago for 4bill/month? (Do you realy think we didn't konw that)
contrary to what certain ppl calls mercenaries these mercenaries actually work for the isk provided regardless of who the mark is now thats a shocker that we can call a real mercenary outfit.
come on all of eve knows the only way to be a true merc is to put mercenary in your name then you really are legit!
