"Caldari Frigate Skill Bonus: 10% bonus to Small Hybrid Turret optimal range, 15% bonus to Shield and Armor Thermal Resistance and 10% bonus to Shield and Armor Kinetic Resistance per level"
just a bit confused about the part describing the shield resistance bonuses. is it accurate? how much should my shield resists be with this bonus?

That bonus is already applied to the ship. So if you "show info" you will see the higher kinetic and thermal resists. You will have the same resistance as it shows in market.

Does the resistance show according to your skills at the moment or are they showed as they are with skills maxed out, or without any skills at all, i don't know. I'd bet for the last one for the sake of clarity.

If he has a Harpy, he should already have caldari frigates V, so what he sees is already with max skills that +resist per level is based on caldari frigates skill when he has the harpy, bonuses are already applied.

Correct result but incorrect reasoning. All bonuses should be post-applied and should not show up in the market ship attributes. Descriptions/attributes in AF and certain other ships are inconsistent.
Try reading the description of Eagle, and enter it. Sure you need Cruiser 5 to pilot it, and you do get the additional 25% when you enter it.

You have to have caldari frigate 5 in order to fly the ship, so those bonuses are already applied to it if you do a "show info" on it.

I understand your reasoning but that's just eagle Imagine getting 15% resist per frig level on a harpy that already has 0-60-70-80 shield resists. That'd be 0-60-92.5-95 resists either the description should change for all T2 ships or eagle attributes should show after bonuses apply, like harpy or other T2 ships.

...and Nighthawk, Vulture, Absolution, and every other command battlecruiser with (BC/Cruiser)-based resistance bonus. I think Sacrilege gets the additional 25% after the pilot enters too.

I agree that it is very deceptive (it was to me the first time I equipped a harpy and expected higher resists).
Here's a basic rundown of tech2 ship types and the extra resists they get. First, there is the racial component. Each race has a primary and secondary resist bonus.
Amarr: EX, KN Caldari: TM, KN Gallente: KN, TM Minmatar: EM, TM
All ships (I think), even tech1 get the primary resist bonus to their armor. It's an additive (not multiplicative) 10% (10% goes to 20%, and 60% goes to 70%). Mining Barges get the Minmatar EM resist.
Tech2 Interceptor and Covert Ops frigates as well as Interdictors get this similar 10% additive bonus for the primary, but applied to both armor and shields.
All bonuses here are primary / secondary, multiplicative, on armor and shields.
25.0% / 12.5% : Stealth Bombers 50.0% / 25.0% : Force Recon (cloaking) and Blockade Runner 62.5% / 37.5% : Logistics Cruiser, Combat Recon (non-cloak), Field Command (1 ganglink) 75.0% / 50.0% : Assault Frigates, Heavy Assault Cruisers, Fleet Command (3 ganglinks) and Deep Space Transports
Also, all Tech2 Mining Barges (not just the hulk) get 37.5% to all shield resists (not armor). Like the assault frigates, this is a listed bonus (on the hulk only), but is included in the ship stats.
The Tech2 versions of the Moa, Maller, Ferox, and Prophecy all keep their listed bonus of +5% resist per level, and they all get this bonus on equipping the ship in addition to the listed stats.
IMO they should drop the "listed" resist bonus on AFs, keep it in the stats, and restore the 1 Tech1 bonus they removed for each AF.

No... 70 + (100-70)*0.15 = 74.5% 80 + (100-80)*0.15 = 83%
Shield resists are never ever just added to the base number.

No.. 70 + (100-70)*0.15*5(frig skill level V) = 92.5% 80 + (100-80)*0.10*5(frig skill level V) = 90%
That is IF bonuses applied after base stats, in Harpy's case. Harpy shows +15% thermal resist and +10% kinetic resist per caldari frigate level in description, but in attributes these bonuses already show applied, as base stats. Nobody said shield resists are just added to the base number. Please read carefully.
