So in short: Lame ! This will be boring, if you go west.
Ok, maybe uncle BoB sends you home to GW sooner than expected ... or maybe we should follow you, but my interest to look for some CA in 400+ goon blobs is not really that high.

you guys seem so bitter, always full of hate. i guess i would after losing all my space also, but more-so you guys seem to be holding a grudge against the only ppl who didnt have a major hand in what happened. would seem more logical to be fighting ragoon, but hey you cant dock in thier space so i guess not.
Wrong. Actually we are having fun. And CoW fights CA for different reasons.
You miss a few points:
- Great Wildlands was V's old home region, the region where the alliance build up
- A-WAR was ex-V in the old days and a driving force in conquering Scalding Pass from RA . They left V some time after that was done, like other old V corps
- many months later V got defeated by RAGoon in Scalding Pass
- V wanted to take back GW, build up there again and have maybe a go at Scalding Pass in the distant future
- So A-WAR left their alliance and came back to help their old mates in -V- to clear out GW again
- V disbanded, because they couldn't wait and some heard that CA was going to get reformed and it was the easiest way to join them and switch to the side of RA/Goon, the winning side so to speak.
- Imperium became CA and called themselves the ones, who defeated V ! ( many V corps were p***ed about that. )
And now we come back to the 'We have fun' point:
Our little CoW alliance was formed, unimpressed by IMP becoming CA, ex-V's switching sides and the big words of CA.
CoW started to attack them in GW like it was planned and tries to weaken them there. And if it's only for the fun and giggle. 
And well, IMP smacked V really hard during the war against the RAGOON, they were really treating us disrespectful, while they thought they are uber and so it's sometimes tempting to pay a bit of that back and tease them a bit from time to time.
In short: We just want to have fun and you reap what you sow.
