So far I have 5 ...
Velator - never leaves the barn
Iteron V - fitted with a tractor/salvage and expanded cargo used to collect wrecks and as extra 'stuff' storage
Covetor - never leaves the barn
Hulk - swap fitted for ore/ice mining
Dominix - fitted for gas cloud mining
I plan on getting ...
Megathron Navy Issue - don't know how to fit out
Kronos - don't know how to fit out
I plan on eventually using ONLY warships to mine with, as the dedicated mining ships are basically Pinatas - they are easy and fun to bust up at a party. And since Rigs are one-use-only it seems to me that people probably have several of the same ship with different rigs for the different dedicated uses people use then for. Or do people regulatory rip out Rigs to re-purpose a ship for a special instance? I lean towards separate ships because when you loose one - you still have 3 more in the hangar. And I think my Iteron V does just fine as a salvage barge, nobody ever pays any attention to it.

A few utility Frigates, Dessies and Shuttles.
A Couple of Haulers
High Sec Exploration
Cheetah
Wolf

Rupture

Imicus
RvB This Fleet is always in various states as Ships are destroyed, Cannibalized or Sold off for Maintenance and Purchase of New Models. Right now all ships above Cruisers have been sold or destroyed. I plan a full restock by Mid January when I rejoin. I am planning at least 3-4 Battleships and a few more T2 Frigates.
1-2 Battleships
5-10 Battlecruisers
15-20 Cruisers
15-20 Frigates
A couple of T2 or Faction Frigates
Besides that I have a few Hulls lying around in various Systems I don't use anymore. |

Mammoth (Bulk highsec haulage)
3 Wreathes (disposable haulage wherever I care to fly the things, they're dirt cheap.)
Hulk (Mine mine mine)
Noctis (Saaaalvaaaaaageeeee)
Various shuttles
Ships I no longer use actively but keep around fitted because they miiight be useful:
2 Ruptures (One pvp tackle, one Lv1/2 mission boat)
2 Hurricanes (one Lv3 mission boat, one as an ongoing project in pvp fit, currently sidelined)
2 Retriever (Picked one up on contract, never bothered going out 27 jumps for a maybe few mill profit on turning it around, planning to give it to a newbie when he trains up. The other is my original one, kept around for sentimental reasons.)
Prowler (Never undocked, just after I got the basic fit installed, the goons slapped a bounty on them.)
3 Thrasher (One fast haulage/salvage, one an experiment in artillery, one lv1 mission boat)
5 Covetor (One disposable high/lowsec miner, three sent to nullsec and subsequently stashed god knows where, one as a spare)
Assorted crap:
Various T1 minnie frigates. Mostly from my noob missions, because I never throw a hull away unless I have like 20 of the things.
A couple of spare Wreathe hulls
A Fed Navy Comet, still awaiting collection from manufacturing. Picked the BP up on a whim because I felt like it, don't quite know what to do with it. Considering fitting it with some small arty and a mwd and running circles around some highsec belt rats.
A metric fuckton of spare modules I'm stashing in case I need them. |

I've got over 100 different hulls (not counting the 50+ shuttles and noobships) scattered around the galaxy. Most of them are fit out for various things (and a couple are spares and so forth). I really don't feel like listing them all out, lol, but they're all over and fill pretty much every role possible.
(and the only reason I know how many I have is that I used EveHQ to export a CSV list of all of my ships, lol) |

Can't be bothered to count, but from the top of my head:
- A couple of T1 frigs and dessies, mostly fit as disposable cyno ships
- A couple of T1 cruisers - mostly ruptures, vexors and arbitrators, I think
~ 20 t2/faction frigs & interdictors (and not a single dramiel). All classes, though not many Ewar frigs
- A hand full of BC's and no Drake (most are good and cost-effective - no doubt, but I tend to hate flying ships that everyone flies)
- A couple of Bestowers,1 Impel, Prorator, Orca and Providence
~ 30 T2/faction cruisers, all classes, mostly Recons and HACs, some HICs and Logis but no falcon/rook.
- A Nighthawk, Damnation, Abso, Claymore and Sleip
- Loki, Proteus and Legion (could fly a tengu - but see above - I consider flying one kind of lame), plenty of subs but usually only one hull, refitting as I deem fit.
- A couple of Phoons, Abaddons, Geddons, Maelstroms and Domis, including some navy faction variants
- Paladin, Vargur, Redeemer, Panther, Rattlesnake, 2 Machs, a Vindicator, 2 Bhaalgorns.
- A Revelation and 2 Archons
Now that I think about it, time to clear out the mess once again - I have a nasty tendency of accumulating lots of ships.

Damn Liang your to funny becouse I just read your webpage articial on Hybird/Gallente Vs Projectiles/Minmitar.
And it mostly sounded like you were trying to say how good the Hybird/Gallente ships were now. But you hanger tells a totaly differnt story with all thoughs Winmatar ships in your hanger and so few Gallente ships.

I prefer to fly cruiser sized ships, so those cruisers include faction ones too... as well as frigs and battleships have faction hidden in their numbers. I think the number of interdictors and HAS has increased a bit since this since I have flown and blown them up more lately.
Most cruiser sized and larger ships are fitted and ready to go, for smaller ones I have enough modules to fit them as I see best.
I fly all ships (sub-cap) so there's plenty to choose from... |

I assume you're talking about the Ruptures? Yeah, I've had them for a really long time - way before the hybrid boost. I'd be a lot happier with myself if they were Thoraxes.

All of these ships are fit and I also have a hanger full of spare modules for other fitting needs. Most of the ships in a class are fit identically so If I lose one in pvp i'm just a quick dock away from grabbing a new one.
