Ok, I am about to finish my training for a command ship and want to use a sleipner to do lvl 4 missions. I put together two fits as follows:
Highs: (Fit 1)
7 720mm Howie II's and w/e fits in the last high
Mids:
Large SB II
SBA II
Tracking Comp II or Web
2 Race specific Hardeners
Lows:
3 PDU II's
2 Gyro II's
Highs: (Fit 2)
7 425mm AC II's with either a med nos of heavy launche rfor last slot
Mids:
Large Shield Booster II
SBA II
AB II
2 Race specific hardeners
Lows:
3 PDU II's
2 Gyro II's
Rigs: 2 CCC's
Anyone who has used a AC and Howie fitting, I would love to hear which one is more effective for missions or if I should switch up the fit depending on the mission itself. Also, anyone who would like to correct any part of this fit feel free.
Any feedback or help is appreciated.

1x Invuln II/SBA II
2x PDS II
2x Tracking Enhancer II
1x Gyro II
3x Med Drones 2x Light Drones
Edit - Upgrade to a Deadspace shieldbooster as soon as you can afford it, it makes a huge difference in survivability and longevity.
Second Edit - Arty uses less ammo, and keeps you at range from a large portion of DPS, meaning you don't have to tank as hard. Your DPS won't be as high, but tbh it doesn't matter.

Yeah, I was looking at the gist modules and the obvious shield to cap ratio makes them worth it, just wondering if anyone thinks pith or gist is better (im thinking gist?) but is a C type or even B type enough or should I actually go all out for the x type?
And do you ever have issues with hitting frigs or do u just use drones to kill them? Im not quite sure how the tracking is.
Also, i will be able to fly an astarte and absolution also with the tech II guns for each along with the sleipner, is the sleipner (shieldtank) the better choice?
