I used to have 4.91 rating, I took a .30 hit due to the bug 2 night's ago. Now the agent refuses to talk to me or give me missions and it says I need 4.80 to use the service. I now have 4.61 due to the hit, but how am I supposed to regain the .30 if I can't talk to the agent!?
Please restore my faction, I did a ton of lvl 2 missions to get this agent. I know a lot of people have this problem still. Will the faction standing be restored?
Also how are we supposed to gain rating for an agent if we can't talk to it? or when the agent asks for 4.80 does it mean corp rating? or faction rating? it can't possibly be agent rating since we can't do missons for it yet.

I had the same thing happen... though i think they are demanding corp standing not there personal...
because if its personal then how the heck can you get there personal faction up? if you cant do any missions? 
its funny though because i konw i had 3.0 after caster and i used my agent...
then failed or so even though i finished it... the bug thing...
then he says i need 4.6 to use hiM? but i can use my others perfectly fine... now i have like 3.3 or so... but cant talk to him either way, i hope it gets fixed

Same happend here i lost 0.5 Standing from 9.9 to 9.4 and now my agent is joking about me :(
My lvl 2 Agent will not talk to me too he wants Standing from 2.45 and i have 2.45 but he laughs about me too. NOT FUNNY :)

i am having the same problem. 1 bugged mission and now i can't use lvl 3 agent. its frustrating because i don't think i can use my lvl 2 agent either and i sure as hell am not going back to lvl 1 to re faction. i still have the damn evemail that i got from my lvl 3 agent

the personal faction was set in the patch, if you have that amount of personal faction (say 4.9 to access the agent) it'll work (so long as it's not a research agent as those can have a corp req aswell) this allowed them to make the changes to the agent system and allowed you to keep your existing l3 agents without giving you access to all l3 agents (by giving you the corp faction instead of personal). your best bet is to petition I had the same probelem heh.

Also just had this problem. Failed a mission for a long standing lvl3 agent, their personal standing towards me dropped to 3.95 and now they won't talk to me saying I need a standing of 4.
As far as I can tell I cannot improve that standing without them talking to me. I'm hoping that increasing the standing with their corp back >4 might open them up again but not holding my breath.
On an amusing note, when talking to that agent and asking for work I get some message about an internal server error and the agent needs a doctor!
