No big consipiracy, really- D2 and IRON are the big cahoonas in the north. One of the main reasons FLA and Tri are blue to each other atm is because Tri is blue to IRON and D2 for the duration of the war. When Tri stop being blue to IRON and D2 (which will be when they've all decided the war is over), FLA will stop being blue too.
Last I checked, Tri like having lots of red on their overview, so I doubt they'll be angling for Naps after its absolutely necessary

Nah, its more good common sense. If we want to fight alongside IRON fleets, say, which have Tri in, we'd just end up killing each other, which is totally not productive. If IRON were fighting Tri, then that problem wouldn't come up, and the impetus for us to drop our long traditional war with each other wouldn't have been there.
Not that I object- Tri are great PvPers, they're 90% smack free, and I've got a friend or two in Tri it'll be nice to not have shooting me
No one knows just how Tri fight like FLA do- we know they're an ally worth having
