His buddy in a BS undocked (eep) and I opened fire on the thorax, whom left of course, and then turned on the BS and warped off when things seemed to not go well I know PA doesn't really hold up to any ethical standards but come on! n00b baiting is grienfing! I thought you guys were interesting in 'quality PvP" ======================================== Production Assistant of APEX Unlimited I don't want to be forced to Jet Can mine or buy a hauler alt to mine effectivly. Some people join us for consensual fair PvP. I am one of the latter, some are not. Nice thread mate, really was enlightening. How about you stop generalising between players and start making threads that are remotely interesting and original.

Sorry if it appears that way. Maybe PA leaders (do they have organized leaders for that alliance?) need to scrutinize who they let in instead of if they can foot the war bill and thats it. People like that really bring shame on the PA name. And I assume that members of PA want to have fun but not want to be labeled as griefers like that. I thought you guys were interesting in 'quality PvP" Well first off to be that guy that has to correct everything, I'm assuming this happened in high sec because #1 its Privateers #2 they were using the can trick to agro people.(and no that I look Motus is .8) So what you quoted could never had happened. He could have never been able to fire on both the thorax and the megathron let alone "open fire on the thorax". He looted from the can, the owner of the can would have then had to fire on him so he could return fire. I'm assuming that person is the privateer in the thorax as he was engaged first and then warped off, so for him to say he turned around and shot at the mega is somehow wrong. Yes I realize this really has nothing to do with topic of the post but...its fishy and I had to point that out lol "This is a bad idea wrapped in a horrible plan and shipped in a retarded box"

My corp mate steals from Thorax's can, Thorax's corp now has aggro on my friend. Thorax tells Mega to undock. While Mega undocks my friend fires at Thorax, Thorax warps off and then Mega gets owned too. We found a Privateer trap somewhere near Amarr one day. Privateer noob sitting in a shuttle outside a station. Pop that shuttle and an Ishkur decloaks and spits out T2 drones. It's the same with placing multiple cans at undock point to keep people from warping and it griefs people they aren't war dec'ed against. It's been petitioned and CCP doesn't do anything about it. You guys joined a corp..of your own free will.and can leave at any point in time..however people "shouldn't generalize" huh? Privateers have the rep they have for a reason. Good or bad that's how it is. I don't personally hate, like or care about Privateers but that's kind of a silly expectation. You will always be judged by the people you associate yourself with. Some may employ the noob can routine i dont know and i dont care. Its not my cup of tea, its not the cup of tea of most of the alliance, but as long as they dont grief an alliance mate they are free to stay in the privatter alliance. The freedom provided to our members is one of our founding principals. Some of our peeps even run missions GHARGH! This freedom however can lead to some people using practices which the wider eve community deems as unethical. If you want to tar all privateers with the same brush thats up to you. Its not our probelem. However, I note: Nobody says WOW YOUR IN AN ALLAINCE WITH insert uber pvp player so you must be a uber pvper too! but you will say WOW YOUR IN AN ALLIANCE WITH insert unscrupulous player so you must be an unscrupulous player too. Its illoigcal but pfft ive been on these forums long enough to realise thats not uncommon :) As for the guy who says a privater shuttle was used as bait outside a station, well what the hell were you dooing trying to gank a poor afk shuttle in the first place.
